We called for a delivery and after the lady completed our order and repeated the address back, the driver called about 30 minutes later and claimed we gave them the wrong address, and they didn’t even deliver the damn pizza when they were a block away. Pizza Hut has gone down hill FAST since the ‘80’s!

Worst service ever!!! My family of 7, had placed a huge order and if course not everyone wanted pizza so we brought in a few burritos. The huge girl working not even helping us come from the back with her hand up, all high and mighty saying yall can’t bring in outside food. While the guy who was helping us and running the front gad no issue and stated it several times while she was running her mouth continuously. Also no one was even in the restaurant!!!

Never got my order, and told me I had to goTo store to get a refund when I ordered delivery. I guess if u don’t tip your door dash driver on the app they don’t bring your food. Always tip in cash, ? crazy can’t even get a pizza ?

They delivered a burnt pizza and a pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way, I called and spoke with a manager she gave me a 30$ credit, when I called to use my credit the person answered said it wasn’t on there and put another manger on the phone who “SAID” she called the other manager that night and she said she only credited me for one pizza(which was a lie) then put me on hold another time and said the “Gm” said since the credit wasn’t on there she can only give me on credit for the one pizza, So I asked dfor the GM name and she said she wasn’t allowed (which is another lie) to give me the name. Now I’ve been ordering from there for years and never have had problems until now…DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE… They also have rat problems (WAS ON THE PHONE WHEN THE THOUGHT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND HEARD THEM SAY ONLY THROW CERTAIN THINGS AWAY)

I don't believe I will order here again. Second time in a month I have found dark hairs in our pizza.
The website is a joke and pretty infuriating.We can’t even use our rewards so we pay full price for unseasoned, way over-cheesed cheese sticks and a pizza beaten into its thinness, yet somehow uncut and you guessed it, over-cheesed.I would just ask for the managers to instill some pride in the work of their employees. I get those most of them are probably part-time students, but this is where you show kids that everyone’s dollar and time are valuable. Have pride in your work, because you never know when the food you are making is pivotal in your customers life. Yes, it’s just pizza, but maybe it’s someone’s birthday or the first thing they have eaten since a loss. They craved your food, only to be dissatisfied.Just something to think about.

I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick up they had me wait even after it showed on my app that it was ready. I had to go in after waiting 10min to ask about my order when they then handed me my pizza. I had ordered a pepperoni with jalapeños and mushrooms. When I arrived home and opened my pizza box, it was a pepperoni pizza and there were cold jalapeños and cold mushrooms that were just thrown on top. Not even cooked with the pizza. I tried several times to contact the Mgr but will not get a response. My family and I will not be returning to this location ever.

I previously had an issue with my order a few weeks back, but they made it right the next time around. Nayeli and Cherokee the manager were very nice and attentive and made sure I was happy.
