The generous 2 star Food rating is due to the generous toppings. Having to cook the pizza when I get it home is ridiculous!!! Do better and actually cook the pizza adequately! After all, if I have to cook the pizza, I might as well save $$ and buy frozen from the store...

I am usually not a complainer. I am also usually VERY happy with Pizza Hut’s service and quality but tonight you dropped the ball. My pizza crusts were swapped between my pizzas. I ordered a pepperoni on hand tossed and a beef on thin. I order cheesy garlic sticks - they were overcooked. My dessert cookie was overcooked as well. It was difficult to chew. I have experienced better from Pizza Hut.

On multiple occasions, we were told to wait "a few more minutes." But, really we had to wait 20-40 extra minutes AFTER the app showed that order was ready. It wasn't like this a few months ago. If you live in this area, Domino's has never us down for our quick pizza fix. Or order from the location of Slide.
P. S. Was told that I would be comped for my order a few times because of wait but never received anything.
Big pizza fan here -- First time at THIS Pizza Hut and they did GREAT! Food was hot, not skimpy on the toppings, chicken wings were crispy, and they made the custom pizza without mistake! My wife loved her veggie side of the pizza with pesto drizzle! All around great experience (Staff were really nice too)

The Tavern Chicago” pizza was really good. . Glad I ordered it. The crust was VERY GOOD, crispy, great texture and I diffidently preferred the crust to the “thin crust”. The “thin crust” the last couple of years is like eating cardboard. Tavern Crust winner in my book!!!
