Pizza Hut Express

Dining in is not what you would expect. It's an empty dining area, no fountain drinks served at all and is not even an option. Bottled drinks only. No silverware or plastic ware available. No parmigiana cheese or crushed pepper available. Paper plates only. No music. All you see at the counter is somebody who is concerned with deliveries only and stacks of delivery boxes. Evidently they gave up on "dine in" options and do delivery only. I recommend closing the dining area and advertising "delivery only" for that location. Pizza was still good, but not a place you want to stop for a meal. ???

I ordered double pepperoni pan pizza with light sauce. Had to order 2 to get delivered. Tipped 30% because I have grandkids who deliver. Understand the they are working hard. The sauce was doubled. Could not eat because of health issues. It was horrible Will not order again

Delivered the wrong order. Not even close to being what we ordered. We clearly were given someone else’s order. Tried called minutes after closing (bc that’s when it was delivered) and our calls were ignored. From experience, I know someone is still in the store. Might want to make sure all orders are taken care of correctly before choosing to ignore the phone. We would’ve stopped the delivery guy but he hurried off too soon.

The Pizza Hut on Indiana always has issues with orders, there’s always something wrong when we get it. Didn’t make the pizza right so it’s a longer wait, incorrect order, something missing. Also the prices at this franchise are higher than others. Asked for Parmesan for the pizza, was told I had to buy a $1 “shaker”, it’s not free anymore. Let me know when McDonald’s charges for ketchup. Won’t be back.
