I think the lack of communication due to a language barrier is what's causing this establishment to slack. Not to mention the individual at the widow sounds like he hates his job. He always has a rude attitude... it's been a few times we go there & the food is delicious. However, there is always something missing or made incorrectly. When we try to get it resolved, the so called manager says there's nothing he can do about it & acts as if it's too much trouble to correct the issue. Not good business etiquette sir!!

I went there on a late night run and it was actually three hours before they closed. I’m not sure what is going on, but majority of the locations are starting to slack. They put fries as potatoes in my burrito. In the first burrito, the fries were very burnt. I gave them a call and brought the burrito back and told them that I would like a different burrito for exchange with the same ingredients without fries. They proceeded to make me the same burrito, With the same type of fries. The only difference was that the fries weren’t burnt, and it was super greasy. They were very rude and argumentative, and this is not the first time that they have been rude. They used to be very professional, and they used to cook their food up to par. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Times have changed and the food is horrible. On top of being horrible, it is overpriced, and the customer service is horrible. I will not be going back, and next time you guys try to talk terrible about people, make sure they aren’t bilingual 🤏🏾.

You been warned. The prices at the register are different from the prices at the window. Be careful because they do not honor the windows prices and will charge more. Also do not speak English so language barrier. Found bugs on the window seal as well. Strongly do not recommend.
Attempted to grab some lunch during their posted business hours and doors were locked. An employee was inside cleaning, I’m assuming to close early. Would not recommend wasting your time here.
