Oh my GOSH, this place is SO GOOD!!!! I had the Birria tacos. I will never, ever forget them. I don’t live near by, but when I’m in Lubbock, I have to go! There is only outdoor seating, but SO WHAT. Take your food to go, ITS SO GOOD AND WORTH IT!!! Cheesy and hot and DELICIOUS. Everything perfectly seasoned!!!
I was driving through town on my way back home to Houston and decided to make a quick stop at this place. I read their many and they had me at “Birria Tacos”. Tacos were excellent. Service excellent. I devoured my tacos in 3 minutes. I don’t often travel to Lubbock, but if I am coming through town again, this is a top priority pit stop.
I had not heard of this place but let me tell ya'll it was clean well organized staff we even had some good cooks. I ordered a plate called LA Parriada which is basically a fajita plate but unlike other places my plate was overloaded,comes with charro beans rice corn tortillas ×4 salad guacamole. The meat in itself was a goodly amount ( chicken and beef) the chicken itself filled me up although I also had some beef. My son had no telling how many different kinds of tacos...
