When our order arrived, we were missing most of it. Bread for sandwiches was burnt. No sides or biscuits. Missing an entire sandwich. On a $40+ family meal. This is unacceptable. Called the store, and they were no help.

Where is the owner and corporate at this place is a mess big time honestly if I was the owner I would close the doors on this place it has become one of the worst places to get food from it’s unreal how bad it is NEVER AGAIN
My first time to stop and buy some chicken there it was really good I like it because it's a little bit spicy 😋🤤 I will start buying from there again
You don’t go to Popeyes expecting optimal customer service, but I did not expect to sit at the drive through window for 10 minutes then being told to pull forward to wait another 30 minutes before getting fed up and walking in to find they haven’t even started making your order. Food was good even though they forgot some of it. Probably would be an issue if the guy working the drive through window would focus on his job rather than hitting on every woman that walks in.

So this is the first time I tried this location as I just moved to Lubbock. I will not be coming back to this location even though it is practically walking distance from my house. The tatted guy working the window at around 11:00 tonight was pretty rude, rushy and had no customer service. No one but me was in the drive thru and the guy would not let me finish my sentences before asking "is that all?!" My order was not complicated other than no ice in my lemonades. He never asked what dressing for my tenders either. I get to the window and he confirms no ice in my lemonades as he fills it to the brim with ice. I didn't say anything because ah well. But then I check my order and have no mash potatoes for both of my meals. I then go back to the empty drive thru and ask for them and he grabs them and hands it to me with gravy dripping all over the place and then ask "is that all." Well at least I have my mash potatoes with dripping gravy to dip my tenders in because I don't have anything else. This guy does not belong in fast food. Maybe construction or something if he wants to be in such a rush to get back to whatever he was doing.

Don’t place a DoorDash order here, unless you only want to receive half of your order.
1st order only received 3/5 tenders.
2nd, tried to give them another shot. Missing 3/5 tenders and a side. Also why pick sauces if you’re not going to send it?
I’m sure no one at the store cares, just trying to save someone else some trouble

They are very slow! They are arguing with each other in the back knowing there is a line of people waiting on food. I placed my mobile order for “easy order” and to “skip the wait” but I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes! They gave me my food and luckily i checked the bag because they forgot all my sides. This Popeyes is complete chaos! There is no way it is this pricey and the food quality and wait is this bad!

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I’ve actually ever been to period and I’m from DFW. Especially at night. We went last night around 9 pm to get my hubbys food and when we pulled up it took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge us in the drive through.
He ordered the bacon & cheese chicken sandwich, which mind you is more expensive than the regular one. We pull up to the window to pay the guy who first tells us the wrong total then tells us it was $7 and some change so we hand the card and then he leaves the window to go on break. another guy comes to the window to take the card from him and charge us. Then he leaves and a girl comes to the window to hand us our food and says “you had the classic chicken sandwich?” And he goes “no I had the one with bacon & cheese on it” and she goes “oh…. Sorry…. We’re out of bacon.” Hands him his bag and says “sorry didn’t know. It has everything else on it though” and shuts the window.
We decide to just let it go but then we get home and the sandwich was ice cold. And the entire time we were there, there were hardly any words spoken. Employee to employee and customer to employee as well. As someone who has worked in the service industry this was just the worst experience ever and nothing ever works if employees don’t communicate with each other.

Didn’t get all my food my chicken wasn’t all there my chicken was frozen when I got it so this this place is like zero stars customer service sucks cause they don’t answer the phone and they do they put you in a hole for hours
