I used to go to the one on Milwaukee just north of 82nd. Today was the worst. You can finally walk in instead of drive through only. The young girl taking orders was not friendly. I had ordered fries with one of the orders. She couldn't fit them in the box and decided twice to stuff them in the box with her bare hands. After the second time, I told her she shouldn't be touching the food with her bare hands. Oh, she was angry then. She washed her hands and put in one glove, now instead of a box of fries I got a half filled small paper sleeve, about a third of what she started with. She never apologized, nothing. She pointed over to the drink machine and said goodbye. I told her I didn't say it to make her mad. She completely ignored me. That was the last time we will go there. The shrimp my husband wanted was horrible. I'm done.

Tried to order online and the lady in the drive thru cussed me out and told me they didn’t have my order. Very sad to hear especially because I have been here so navy times

Long wait at counter, manager rude and busy, had issue with changing combo drink to lemonade, (just wanted to pay price difference). I get my order, get home and I was given spicy, when I ordered regular, ordered extra biscuit, that was not included.While I am being patient, because I understand the shortage of employees, but being busy is no excuse for rudeness or incorrect orders.

It was upsetting visit. We ordered the Family meal and they purposely did give us the complete meal. We live a 100 miles away and we got about 15 miles out of town before we noticed.We realized after we left that we didnt get our 5 rolls. That's our favorite out of the meal. We went back and they said they didnt have any so they gave us one tender to make up for no biscuits. Which was a lie. It would have been nice if they would at least let us know before we left.

I'm a preferred customer at all the Popeyes in Lubbock! LOL ?....It's sad I have to leave my city travel to another just to get good food but like I mentioned in my reviews previously it's worth every Mile and the gas! Popeye's always delivers and comes through with good food!!
This has always been my favorite Popeye's location never had any problems until tonight to start off took for ever to get our order the strange part is I used to get a doggie treat for my dog it's just a chicken strip but because of the looks of it I decided to try them so I decided to get the chicken strips instead of my normal sandwich I want you to know I got the five-piece and the 5-piece didn't even equal to the one strip that they usually give to my dog and the french fries were burnt and even my dog wouldn't eat them I'm definitely going to call tomorrow and let them know of the terrible food that I've got

I'm from out of town but came to Lubbock to visit and stopped by and got the spicy chicken sandwich. The best sandwich ive had so far. And the service was good to. Very friendly. Thank you.

Check your food before you leave the drive thru..this is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. The rice and beans does not taste good at this location. I will not purchase food here again.

Absolutely terrible found a feathers in our chicken my wife almost ate sure it's chicken but never have I seen any feathers in somebody's chicken then the manager wants to say that's how they serve all their chicken. Na your chicken is to be plucked and extra fat cut before served. Even your other locations agreed that this is not how you are supposed to serve your chicken will and to argue and snatch things out of our hands and for the rest of the staff giving us attitude and arguing. Very disrespectful won't be back for sure
