Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We tried to order at the drive up, 11:16 on Friday morning. The outdoor menu board was flashing and we couldn’t read it. We asked a menu question of the service person, and we were told curtly to come inside if we couldn’t read the menu. We explained that we are handicapped and elderly, so coming inside would not be possible for us. The manager repeated. If you can’t read the menu come inside. No “we are sorry,” no attempt to help or to answer our question. Deplorable service .

Ordered 3 dinners and the chicken was still raw, it was spicy when we ordered mild, this is the 2nd time this has happened. Not one of us could eat our food, a total waste of money! We will never eat at another Popeyes again!

Been there two days in a row and the same employees, Hispanic, gave me bad service. The first day I went there, they served me small pieces of chicken for my order; the chicken was smaller than my palm and all that 12 min wait for $24. The next day I came, I ordered the same thing, the same way as yesterday, the same employees told me to wait half an hour after they mistook my order and I should make it easier for them by ordering inside. I'll be willing to take down this review when the service and quality improves. This was the same people at around 2:50PM.

1st off for fast food the food is way over priced and then to be trash was even worse. I ordered mash potatoes they gave me literally a drop of gravy when I asked for a side of gravy they said it would be almost 4 dollars. Insane for gravy. Then the coleslaw tasted bitter like it was old then I ordered a side of Mac n cheese also almost 4 dollars. Just to have it taste like cleaning products. 1st experience with Popeyes in Lubbock and I’ll never waste money there again. Their unsweetened tea was good I guess

It would be nice if the owner would put at least an extra two employees on top of the three they have in there to help with the that lobby area and front counter on Sundays when Church gets out of service that's your busiest time so that's just a recommendation that poor lady in the front cash register she was struggling because you as a owner failed her because she needed extra help in the front and fix the front fountain drink machine.

Ordered 2 dinner's one was right and the other was very wrong. wing and a breast, Cole slaw. got a breast and some very very dead fries.very disappointed. 👎

The store manager was very rude to me after serving me bad food.

The food was spoiled and they refused to change it out for everyone. The district manager was also very rude and mean, and did not care about us getting sick. Popeye's customer service is usually good, but I think this franchise is just a bad one

They said they took “long” on my food which in reality it was 5 minutes, but they still felt bad and they threw in some extras in the bag. Everything was very fresh and tastes amazing. Very nice welcoming people will be here again!!!

Never one to complain or write a bad review. Ordered a 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp and got a small side ramican of shrimp. Had it delivered or I would have take it back.

WE ORDERED 12 PCS OF WINGS AND A BUCKET OF CHICKEN THEY JUST GIVE US 2 SAUCES FOR ALL OF THEM AND WHEN WE ASK FOR MORE SAUCES THE MANAGER TALK UNPROFESSIONAL TO US!! DESERVES A ONE STAR!!

Had to wait an extensive amount of time with other customers as well. No hello no anything. Witnessed the girl touch everything in the backs vicinity and raw dog touch food left and right and never seen her wash her hands for at least 20 minutes straight.
