Workers here & standing for 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement I'm st the counter!

Don’t bother using the app or ordering through the drive through at this location. They have not put the salad dressing in the bag on numerous occasions. We also received a salad with solid black avocado on top. I normally like the food at Potbelly’s but this location rarely gets it right.

I told the girl making my sandwich 2 times no peppers . I took one bite and the sandwich was so hot I couldn't eat it . Even tried picking the peppers off didn't help . I would have taken the sandwich back but live on the complete other side of town . I won't be going back .

Whoever DT is on my receipt you know who you are. Blonde white girl taking my order this morning. That was the rudest encounter I’ve had here. You’re lucky I don’t call your manager and ask for your name. Learn some customer service or don’t work in it all. For the sake of this business. I literally just wanted a sandwich my bad for asking you to do your job..? Lol.

Only my second time here an I decided to go through the drive thru, greatly disappointed in the customer service I received from Aden who took my family’s order over the intercom. Very impolite , with his approach, his responses and his help.

Bought two BLTA's. The staff was short with us. We had never been there before and they weren't impressed with our unfamiliariarity with the restaurant. The Applewood bacon, our favorite, was burned. Don't mistakenly say regular when the sign says original or say mayonnaise when the sign says mayo, you will be corrected by the staff.

Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!

Been here a few times absolutely love the food! They forgot bacon on my sandwich last time, called and let them know, they offered me a replacement next time I came in. Fast foward, brought a friend to try it and get my replacement, pretty sure the gentleman's name was Ben and he is amazing! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!! Had to give him a shout out!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere I wanted to give a thanks to the manager Dom for helping me out whenever I had an issue with my uber app. Very polite, very professional! I’ve been to a few potbelly’s in Lubbock and In the ATX area but this one tops in services and I appreciate you and your team!

The person working the drive through window completely made my day today. Great customer service and great people! The food is always excellent too.

My sister had a terrible experience here. She was told her card didn’t go through after they were almost finished eating when it said it did at the time of purchase. The employee was extremely rude and called them out in front of the whole store saying her card was declined. Long story short, she tried to charge them $76 dollars for two meals and two kids meals because the employee said she knew what they ordered. My sister had to ask if she could put everything in again and the employee told her “I remember what you ordered, you don’t need to tell me!”. After she went ahead and put the order in it only came out to $40 dollars. Long story short the original charge did go through and didn’t decline so they had to refund them for the money they paid the second time. Absolutely poor service and a disrespectful employee. I would not recommend anyone coming to this restaurant especially after this experience. You will be better off spending your money somewhere else.

I decided to try their meatball, because it kept coming on the TV. Well don't bother, go to the Firehouse, just north of here.

ALL of my meatballs were cut into pieces, there wasn't any marinara, but just a tinge of some watery tomato sauce. Firehouse has large meatballs throughout the entire sandwich. They also have olives.

I'll update y'all, if I try something else from then, but for almost $20, I was disappointed.

Cassandra and Dom were incredible today. I’ve never had Potbelly and am thoroughly enjoying this sandwich! The customer service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional ;)
