Potbelly

Bought two BLTA's. The staff was short with us. We had never been there before and they weren't impressed with our unfamiliariarity with the restaurant. The Applewood bacon, our favorite, was burned. Don't mistakenly say regular when the sign says original or say mayonnaise when the sign says mayo, you will be corrected by the staff.

Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!

Been here a few times absolutely love the food! They forgot bacon on my sandwich last time, called and let them know, they offered me a replacement next time I came in. Fast foward, brought a friend to try it and get my replacement, pretty sure the gentleman's name was Ben and he is amazing! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!! Had to give him a shout out!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere I wanted to give a thanks to the manager Dom for helping me out whenever I had an issue with my uber app. Very polite, very professional! I’ve been to a few potbelly’s in Lubbock and In the ATX area but this one tops in services and I appreciate you and your team!

The person working the drive through window completely made my day today. Great customer service and great people! The food is always excellent too.

My sister had a terrible experience here. She was told her card didn’t go through after they were almost finished eating when it said it did at the time of purchase. The employee was extremely rude and called them out in front of the whole store saying her card was declined. Long story short, she tried to charge them $76 dollars for two meals and two kids meals because the employee said she knew what they ordered. My sister had to ask if she could put everything in again and the employee told her “I remember what you ordered, you don’t need to tell me!”. After she went ahead and put the order in it only came out to $40 dollars. Long story short the original charge did go through and didn’t decline so they had to refund them for the money they paid the second time. Absolutely poor service and a disrespectful employee. I would not recommend anyone coming to this restaurant especially after this experience. You will be better off spending your money somewhere else.

I decided to try their meatball, because it kept coming on the TV. Well don't bother, go to the Firehouse, just north of here.

ALL of my meatballs were cut into pieces, there wasn't any marinara, but just a tinge of some watery tomato sauce. Firehouse has large meatballs throughout the entire sandwich. They also have olives.

I'll update y'all, if I try something else from then, but for almost $20, I was disappointed.

Cassandra and Dom were incredible today. I’ve never had Potbelly and am thoroughly enjoying this sandwich! The customer service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional ;)

Stopped at Potbelly on Milwaukee in Lubbock. My wife ordered turkey avocado and I ordered the wreck and a cup of Mac and cheese. I asked the gentleman making my sandwich if I could sub bacon for salami, as I don’t care for salami. He said that would be fine. When my wife’s sandwich came out of toaster and I asked the guy doing the toppings if the turkey was the right amount. He said yes 4.6 oz, I’ve spent 26 years in restaurant management, no way was that even close to 4.6 oz. My bill was $39.98, yes I got the large sandwich, it was $13.39. I asked where my Mac and cheese was and the guy scraped the bottom of the warmer for 2 partial scoops that was more like mashed Mac and cheese, which was $4.89 for a cup, you kidding me. I looked at my receipt they charged me $3.39 for subbing bacon for salami, just my opinion if they weren’t going to sub the bacon I should of been told they were charging me and given me the salami on the side since I was being charged extra. Bottom line I will not return, for 2 sandwiches, Mac and cheese and 2 drinks paying $40, I can go eat at a casual dining restaurant for that price. While sitting there eating a guy and girl walk in, steps behind the counter and grabs two cups and gets drinks, then a guy getting off gets 2 drinks and chips, none of them paying a thing for their items, leaving all together, but I get charged for subbing out my salami. I guess at the price I got charged I was having to pay for their free stuff!!!!!!

I am an employee at Grimes Dentisry. Luckly, there is a Potbellys down the street. My go to place for a good Sandwich anytime! Great menu and staff. 10 out of 10 would recommend ?

Worst chicken salad I ever eaten. Sandwich was just thrown together, burnt tasting bread, old lettuce, couldn't taste chicken.....It seems like if you don't tip, even if you're the one picking it up, food presentation and ingredients quality is very bad...will not be going back...So sorry......

An I'm assuming manager, chased away an employee waiting for her ride after a grotesque scene being threatened and more after getting let go. I hope she's okay and the other person calms down.
