The guy at the register incorrectly took my order - when I asked for cinnamon sugar pretzels bites, he gave me original salted pretzel bites. Not a problem, mistakes happen. I went to the front and let the ladies know that they had made a mistake and I asked for my cinnamon sugar pretzels. They refused to give them to me and told me I would have to get in the back of line, get a refund, and then reorder the cinnamon sugar bites. Not wanting to waste another 10 minutes in line, I told them that I would just eat salted bites. My wife was also not given her cheese sauce and when I asked to get that they insisted that it was already in the bag. I had to tell them 4 times that they neglected to give me the cheese in the bag before they finally gave it to me.
I will never attend this establishment again. Not only did they not give me the correct order, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. Next time I will just wait in the 20 minute line at Auntie Anne’s.

The Box of bites includes 4 cheese sauces for 23.06. Why is the lady trying to charging for the box plus 1.24 per cheese sauce. Scam artists. I even said...it says included not sold separately... but she still wanted to charge me then got mad when I said nevermind

Service was terrible...older lady was rude..10 minutes until closing...She had 16 bites...wouldn't sell me 8..Said I had to buy all 16.....with a line of around 5 customers behind me...and proceeded to telll them she was only selling what had left which was one pretzel and a cup of the Winnie rolls..she could have sold me the half and sold the other half to those behind me that wanted some.

Food was very delicious. Fast service. Tables for eating was available here. Atmosphere was calm and wonderful.
Honestly my favorite pretzel shop!
This store is terrible and when I say terrible I mean it. They serve undercooked dough and then only give you half full cheese cups which they are charging an alarming amount for. 10 bucks for a large pretzel bites and cheese is insane. Not to mention they aren’t even warm or fresh. Tasted awful if I could go back in time I wouldn’t even have wasted a second look on this place. Auntie Anne’s will get my business from now on.
Getting expensive and the pretzels are getting smaller

So was at the mall here in Lubbock. I decided the wife and I would get a pretzel before heading home. When we turned the corner, the guy behind the counter had his shirt pulled up with his big belly hanging out and his arms under his shirt scratching his arm pits. When the other employee working there, walked in from outside, the guy pulled his hand out quickly. We decided to not get a pretzel, but I did walk up and ask him if he was going to wash his hands. Acting stunned, he stated, I'm not handling the food, he is, I only handle the money. Freaking gross!!!!! Never will return!!!!
Came to pretzel maker in the mall at 4pm on a Saturday!! 2 younger generation standing behind the side counter..on their phones, and told me and another group they were closed for new years. It says online they don't close until 8pm.
