Always so sweet and the pretzels are delicious! As far as the people complaining about the prices.... everything cost more these days so.....don't leave a bad review for just that reason. It's not the employees fault.

While at the same mall the pretzels were prepared fresh on request and we're authentic to the franchise we truly enjoyed them hot and just right, awesome job--- out of state food critic.
