Sincerely some of my favorite special drinks to get whenever I've had a bad day or need a pick me up. Pro tip: the mint tea mixes well with the lemonade. You wouldn't think it would...but it is ???

Best tea in town! Definitely worth the trip. Prices are reasonable especially during their "HAPPY HOUR".. Go check it out.

I went today and ordered 2 drinks and was told the total was $12. On my way home, I see that I was charged $18. I was not offered an opportunity to leave a tip, so I believe the girl in the window gave herself a $6. I called and asked to speak to a manager (who wasn’t there), and the man on the phone apologized for the situation and said I should receive a refund in a couple days. Always ask for a receipt!!!

Becareful when you order a non sweet drink with a couple of sweetners.. they will ask if you want the sweetners put in.. most times are fine, but every now and then one gets lazy and refuses to put in the sweetener as they said they would.

Only very unprofessional young kids working here. Last time I went in to refill my water jug, there was very profane music playing out load. The "f bombs" in the music playing actually made me feel uncomfortable, as I waited with women near me inside the store. Also, every time I've walked inside, nobody will speak to you. They just take my jug without even saying hello or anything, and then carry on unprofessional personal converstaions out loud about dating. I have only continued to go back for location convenience. But I'm done after the music situation. This is also coming from a guy who can handle most all music, but the level of vulgarity was shocking, to say the least. I can't believe this place is still open. They are in desperate need of some company meetings and discussions on professionalism, or yall aren't gonna make it in Lubbock.

I was not greeted when I walked in. I was rang up. I was not spoken to except to tell me my total.. The cashier instantly spun around and continued to gossip with her coworkers. The tea was trash. Along with the service.I had to ask where the lids and straws were seeing as how I had not been in there in quite some time. Things were moved around.Place was cleanThat is my positive part of my review.

I love tea2go! I only wish midland had one that was remotely close to the quality of any in Lubbock! I was a regular as in every single day at least once until I saw the way the stores in midland are run. I go to this store every time I’m back in Lubbock and have always had a great experience!

Not a fan of Tea 2 Go. Tea is weak & watered down, Tea tastes old like it was left over & wasn't freshly brewed, the plastic cups are terrible because the ice melts fast which waters the tea down & the cups sweat everywhere.

Great selection of teas, its like Starbucks for tea.Good selections and a bit pricy like Starbucks, but worth it. They also fill up water bottles for drinking water at home.I hope they pay those young girls well for all that lifting of those water jugs they do lol!

I like to come here to fill up my 5 gallon water jugs because they clean them out before filling them up. And they have delicious teas.

We use to love going to tea2go on 82nd but it's so inconsistent and our drinks today were horrible. We usually get 3 Italian sodas with extra coconut milk and extra vanilla syrup in the largest size. When we got home and tasted them we noticed they had very little ice and were about half the strength in flavor. We aways get extra favor so when the ice melts it's just perfect. These were the worst yet. So disappointed ???

My sister and I went to get drinks & it used to be about $6 for 2 drinks. However, this time I got a small and she got a medium, and it was around $11.60. Then, they asked us to pull forward to wait for her drink. She ordered the “Rocking Ruby Raspberry”, but when we got it, it was a peach color, so we were confused. We both tasted it and it did not taste like raspberry at all, it tasted like water. So, I went back in to just ask if we got the right drink, I said “is this the Rocking Raspberry drink?” And two of the girls just stared at me without saying anything, before the third girl said “…yes?” And so I said “okay thank you” and left. There was a significant silence during this interaction. I was not there to cause a scene, just to ask a question, but there was basically no help to be had. The customer service was awful. I expected someone to at least ask what went wrong but no one did. They just stared. It was weird. Definitely the least appealing experience I’ve EVER had at Tea2Go and I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Always fast and friendly! We get our 5 gallon jugs refilled here and usually grab a tea as well while we wait.
