Went Saturday and they were not too busy but short employees. We waited forever for our food, which was not very good. They had run out of rice, and shredded chicken. After 1 hour, we almost left. Had it not been for the servers, we would have. They saved this sale!!! We will probably not be back.

Wanted for about 25 minutes after calling in a order. They said it would take 10 minutes Wanted a bit then went to pick up my order took another 25 minutes for them to get it to me. All I ordered was a sandwich and cheese Quesadilla. Which they did not give my quesadilla.... the sandwich was soggy and the fries where just from a frozen bag and had no seasoning. All and all I will not be back and will be telling people don't wast there money on this terrible food.

This was our second time trying to eat at Rachel's. The first time we left because the building was too cold. Today we left because the service was terrible. We were the only ones there, we ordered, and after close to 30 minutes of waiting, our food was still not out, so we left. There was seemingly no reason for the long wait. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Rachel’s is phenomenal! We eat there on a regular basis and it never disappoints. Today I had the special for February, Red velvet pancakes and Cookie Butter latte and both were incredible. Our waitress Billie was very attentive and took care of us with everything! Go out and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

We love this restaurant! We love that they are faith based and play worship music and have faith based decor. The service is always top notch and the food is always delicious. We especially love their breakfast.

Came in this morning for a business breakfast with a friend, and Tyler was our waitress. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was fabulous—fast, accurate, and absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for the friendly service and great atmosphere!

Cold food. Not what I ordered. Microwaved the entire meal, dried potatoes and fried eggs fried. Couldn't even fill my water. Just terrible service all around the owner/cook came to my table asking what the problem was and we explained and he just took our plate and walked away muttering something. So rude. Even made me wait for the ticket with i paid for. Dont expect too much we will not be back.

The tortillas are the absolute best tortillas. Closest to homemade I've ever had. 👌🏻the drive-thru makes it so convenient!!

The food and fresh tortillas are amazing!! Billie has been our waitress for years and is always friendly and efficient. I love the Christian music thats always playing... makes the dining that much more enjoyable!!! Highly recommend!!

My experience was amazing! My waitress Billie was very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining what all came on my order. Definitely a home vibe with everyone helping each other and taking care of the customers. Food came out at a reasonable time and taste amazing! Highly recommended to come try out!
