We've always had breakfast and today we had lunch for the first time and were not disappointed. I had the carne guisada with rice and beans and the wife had the Cody Joe which consisted of enchilada, taco, tostada, chili relleno, rice and beans. These plates didn't disappoint nor did they not skimp. Definitely doing more lunches here when we're in town.
Thank You So much! We order over 200 pancakes for our Breakfast with Santa event. Everyone at our event were so impressed with the flavor and how huge they are. I go here for my normal breakfast run. Easy drive up window to get pancakes and my breakfast for the day! THANK YOU!!-Anna O'Steen

Rachel's is locally owned and operated, with a very limited staff. The food is absolutely amazing, and I've never had any complaints about it. Like I said, they are a smaller restaurant, with smaller staff. If the food takes a little bit to come out, it's usually because they're slammed, and are trying to keep up with all the orders.
