Whoever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves. I have had a vehicle break in and attempted theft issues. Elevators are constantly broken and has definite ADA compliance problems. Not to mention exposed wiring and circuitry on the elevators. I've contacted tdlr and city code departments.

If and when your car gets broken into here don't expect the cameras to be operable. Management doesn't care about looking out for their customers. There have been 5+ break ins in the past month alone. Huge problem that could be easily solved.

worst parking garage ever for an event..Elevators not functional...while parking is avail, no Grill or place to celebrate pre/post events as advertised..upstairs area has been completely overrun with homeless people and has been vandalized much if upstairs area wirh spray paint everywhere & human defacation...no place to use a restroom in the building either...just horrendous & way over-priced...cannot believe that Tx Tech advertises this on their site either

Reserved parking pass was not honored on game day even though I was allowed to purchase reservation through Parking Whiz app. Do not purchase from any 3rd party vendors on game day- they will not honor.

Horrible management of traffic flow. After a football game, plan on spending an hour getting out, at least. Parking passes for TTU football games are a complete waste of money.

I have some complaints.
1) Access to the parking garage is often difficult. The license plate readers sometimes refuse to work. In that case, you have to use an app, but sometimes, the qr code reader doesn't work. If everything fails, you have to call a number, but they don't always answer!
2) There are 2 vehicles entry/exit ports. It seems like 1 is always broken. This can lead to a lot of congestion during peak hours.
3) the frequent occasions where both problems 1 and 2 occur are very frustrating. If 1 car in a line can't enter (or exit), then the whole line is stuck for many minutes.
4) The elevators are raggedy, and sometimes out of order
I resist giving 1 star because it's cheap ($40/year, I think), I haven't witnessed any shady activity, the views are nice, and it's a reasonable trip to campus on a EV (scooter, skateboard, OneWheel)

The elevators are in horrible condition. Doors has failed to open multiple occasions the few semester I parked here. Also trash is everywhere.

Worst experience I have ever had with something like this. On top of absolutely nothing being done about people parking in reserved spots (I pay $40 a month and they never call the towing company when I ask for randoms in my spot to be towed) my boyfriends truck was STOLEN from the second floor of this garage last week and we have been contacting them for over a week with barely any response. The only time anyone ever got back to us was to say they were too busy to go through the cameras. No one cares to figure out when the truck was stolen / find the culprit. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t expect your car or belongings to be safe here no matter how much you pay for parking. They only want your money!
