So first and foremost this is not a food truck. BUT I'm happy it isnt because it was so hot today.First off everyone was rather friendly. From answering questions about items the people were knowledgeable on their food which is something I love to see.The onigiri was straight. Simple and too the point and very fresh. Sushi rice, Tuna, nori. The spicey mayo however could use an extra kick.Now the fun part. I just recently moved to lubbock from dallas. And dare I say the Tonkotsu...
I don’t leave reviews but this place was great. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food! If you’re thinking about going, just do it! This is the miso soup, highly recommend!
Delicious!? My family visited for the first time last week. I had the Hot Miso with some additions. The broth was spot on and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be back soon!
