They served my son barely warm food and messed my order up. Who serves a bacon cheeseburger without bacon. The server didn’t check in with us. I ate her several times before and had great experiences but I’m not sure I’m coming back after this one. Truly disappointed in them. Most Red Robin’s are very good

My first time visiting Red Robin. NO REGRETS!!! Our waitress was AMAZING, she took the time to make recommendations, she even brought us complimentary sampler to try the different dressings and sides. The food HANDS DOWN DELICIOUS. Wish we had a Red Robin in Midland.

My burger was ok, and the place was dead. It wasn't bad...just not amazing like it used to be. Our server was nice enough, it just isn't somewhere we will go again prob.

First appearance is everything. Man with long hair looks like it hasn't been washed in months. Told him I was here for an order and he literally rolled his eyes and said I'll go look. Customer service needs improvement especially for front door greeting. I didnt even want mt food after seeing his appearance. Come on now.

Stopped here to have some lunch just before work, the staff were super friendly. Had no wait at all when arrived, was greeted and taken back to our table. So much food to choose from, in the end we decided to grab “The 9.99 big Yummmm” meal. This meal has endless sides and drinks. Our waitress was very polite, made sure we had our drinks 🥤 topped off and if we wanted more sides. If you are looking to grab a bite to eat and love burgers 🍔 I would recommend Red Robbin
