The lady at the window was so rude to me and my kids she wouldn’t even let me finish ordering and i kept telling her im not done ordering and she will close the window on me and on top of that she gave me my order wrong … never again going to this donut shop

Called ahead for a pickup order- woman on the phone was super rude (often rude at the window too), asked for raspberry filled and she didn’t even put the raspberry in the donuts. I’m assuming bc she was upset… ridiculous. Since this is the closest shop to my home I come here often, but this service isn’t worth the convenience.

The kolaches are delicious but the Bavarian cream doughnuts don't taste good at all. The bread and glaze itself is good but the cream filling just tastes strange and bad. I just ate this and my stomach is bubbly and upset. My guess is that they put lemon peel in it? Tastes like an unwashed lemon or something. The custard tastes really really bad. Bavarian cream is only supposed to be heavy cream, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. It tastes like the milk went sour or something. I wish I hadn't stopped here. I need a refund.
