I called to make an order to go because it was large…. They answered and immediately hung up. I called back and it was busy. I guess they don’t want my service. I’ll go somewhere else.

There is never anything ready in the morning and you donuts are saturated in grease and undercooked.

I saw.
The staff put this sign up over 30 minutes ago and turned people away. And make them go to the drive thru, just because they do not want to be cleaning up after them. I couldn't believe it. I don't think the owner knows this, but management is not good.

The apple fritter in the picture is from the location on University, I don't recommend getting any from this location they aren't nearly as big so unless you like small fritters go to the University location they know how it's done!

My favorite things to eat here are the jumbo jalapeño kolaches. I recommend the Bacon, Ham, and Cheese croissant. Though it is a little to greasy for my liking but other than that it's good.

I literally asked for fresh donuts and as soon as I got to work we tasted the donuts and you can tell the donuts were not fresh. Tasted stale and liked they were cooked days ago. Never again will I waste my money. This donuts shop used to be the best not anymore.

I have had donuts from coast to coast and these were some of the best. Great fritters, not greasy, flavorful, and fresh donut holes. Fast service, friendly staff. Come here if you're in this part of the country, Lubbock, Texas!!

I ordered kolaches for my family and it was mostly bread and the bread is dry. I will not be returning to this location.

This place has the best glazed donuts' hands down. The kalachis are more spicy and savory good worth a try. Definitely worth the price

I almost feel like a new owner or manager has been at this location for about a year.. i use go all the time at 5am and get fresh kolaches and now.. They are stale, the sausage taste super old.. I feel like they made these last week.. today and the last 2 times i got a dozen donuts, they were so warm, when they cooled off, you couldn't take a donut without shredding it to pieces bc the bottom sticks to the packaging. I keep telling myself I'll never go back and i hope they get back to normal... But nope, customer service is not there! Food is now awful and go figure, they had no mustard. It would be nice if the employees cared about how they dress. They look like they woke up, scratched their head and walked into work..

Breading was stale and stiff. Not warm even after the employee microwaved my kolaches.
Sausage tasted very old, Cheese had been evaporated. Most likely from multiple cook attempts.
Staff member wad not friendly or welcoming. Just pointed at me and asked "what I wanted".
