This is a chain. Every one is just like the last one very consistent no matter where you are. It’s not a fine dining place. Shrimp is not on the menu but most other Mexican Cuisine is. They are the only Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been in where you do not get nacho chips at the table. You have to buy them. Have eaten at dozens of mobile food units. At Rissa's each burrito is crafted with not only the freshest ingredients on a hand rolled tortilla they are made with warmth and love.
They have the best barbecue I have ever ate, Rissa makes the best breakfast burritos and tortillas. I would highly suggest you eat here if you're ever in this area it's really good.
