River Smith's Chicken & Catfish

The party room we rented was not what we expected. The 2 tvs were not on, the room looked dusty and not clean. We had to pickup trash and deflated balloons from a previous gathering. We left the room clean. No trash.

I’ve been here all my life. Riversmith used to be good. I haven’t been here in a while and decided to get lunch at Riversmith today. The food was horrible!!! I don’t know what happened but it was bad! I also ordered the mushrooms and I paid $10 for 11 mushrooms when they used to give so much more when you ordered the mushrooms and they were just as bad!!! Never ever eating here again!!! They have gone down hill!!! 0 stars

We LOVE Riversmith's! They have catered several events here at the Scottish Rite and have done an outstanding job! They are always on time, prepared, and the food is ALWAYS good! Chris is amazing and attentive and will make sure you are taken care of!

chicken was cooked (lol) crunchy and just normal nothing fantastic
Catfish needed lots of tarter sauce
The instant potatoes were my favorite thing
The onion rings not cooked all the way and then cold on top of it
Music was the great oldie but goodies

Ordered online today. Riversmith’s has really gone down hill. Used to love this place. Fish was soggy. Hush puppies were cold. No longer impressed. We’ll seek other options when looking for fish in the future. I do not recommend any more.

Went through drive thru and the order was wrong. Should be steak fingers combo. I don't live in town so going back is an even bigger dread. So disappointed 😞

Very nice people and good food. They help out and love the community, so it's always nice to support a restaurant who supports the community.

This place was awesome! Was wanting some fish for the first Friday of lent. Ordered a trio combo so you pick three proteins and it comes with fries, coleslaw and hush puppies. Everything tasted amazing! Battered well, not fried in old oil, and all the staff was really amazing and nice when greeting you even though they were slammed. 10/10 would come back!

Cashier inside was rude. Bathroom had no paper towels in the automatic dispenser. I honestly didn’t like the paper boxes our food was placed in. I asked for ketchup and only got 4 packets. This was 3 full sized meals. Our order placed online and the time it had for our food to be ready was over 20 minutes later than the time text said. Spent over $40.00.
