We went for lunch on a Saturday and it seems that only the drive-thru was open. The food was excellent. We had shredded beef tacos and a shredded beef burrito. Both were very delicious. The taco shell was homemade and fried perfectly. The shredded beef (carne desebrada) was flavorful. The green salsa was also very good and went very well with the tacos. I highly recommend this place if you are in Lubbock. It is the only legit taco shop in the city.

My husband and I had the shredded beef and it was sooo delicious! I really liked the red hot sauce, too. Just the perfect amount of spicy. If you haven’t tried it, you really should.
