We used to love this place, it’s gone downhill drastically since our last visit. We had a table of 7 people, we were seated almost immediately, which is unusual for a Friday night. Everyone ordered, the waiter was very pleasant, issue was the food. The first meal came out about 10 minutes before everyone else’s. The waiter came by about 10 minutes later and saw 2 in our party were still waiting for their food and asked what they had. 10 more minutes went by and one person got their food. Fifteen minutes later, when everyone else was almost done, the waiter came out again and asked what they were still waiting on. About 5 minutes later, someone from the kitchen brought out the wrong order. Another 5 minutes later, they finally bring out his food. After everyone is done eating (mainly waiting for the 1 person because everyone else was finished already), we asked for the check. We asked if there was any discount because he had to wait so long and they said no, there’s nothing we can do. Very disappointed, like I said, this used to be a good place to eat.

The food and service was awesome! The price and amount of food is worth it. We had a party of 12 and everyone left satisfied! Go check these guys out!

The hubby and I are always looking for a new place to eat when we don't have kids with us(their picky)when we are in Lubbock. We went here and wasn't disappointed. The food was good, service was fast and friendly. The servings were huge. Oh my goodness!! The 2 complaints I have are, which the plastic wear was a lot more sturdy. It was hard to eat my pasta with the fork I had. And I wish the sauce on my pasta had been thicker. So that it really stuck to the pasta instead of sliding off. But, it was yummy regardless!

I was craving seafood so we stopped here to try something new. I had lobster mac and cheese. It was amazing. My oldest son had the crab fries. They were really good also. My youngest had fried fish. He loved it also. The waiter was so nice and met every need we had. We will be back next time I get the seafood craving. This was a wonderful place to eat.

Made an online order to go, (staying in a hotel) the hole thing was wrong. I didnt order crab, but I do like crab...but tell me how do you open crab legs with the weakest fork and knife I've ever seen!!! Hints why I ordered Shrimp and a lobster tail!!!

Hands down! Best food and friendly service I’ve had in a long time! The lobster mac & cheese is outta this world. The ratio of everything was spot on!! Will definitely be returning for more!

We went in for lunch today and let me tell you all, I’m very picky when it comes to food and it was DELICIOUS!!! Food was hot a fresh, waiter he was really good and let me mention there desserts are to die for! We will definitely be back! Great service all around!! Good job guys! Keep up the great work!

Food was good and hot but the place needed cleaning and the service could have been better for the prices. The cook did an awesome job, thumbs down to all others.

The boil was good but all of the other food was awful. It took a long time to get our food, when we did get it it was all wrong, and had to keep asking for refills. Fries cold, pasta sweet and not our cup of tea. Just bad.

Ordered lunch from this place for delivery. Fish sandwich and fries. It took over an hour and both items were so under cooked I had to throw them out. My Favor runner said that this restaurant was horrible. She waited at the place for 45 minutes for this simple order. How can you explain slow service and under cooked food. Last time I ever eat here again. Please avoid this place. It doesn't deserve to be in business. The Health Department should shut this place down.

I called and ask for live crawfish… Apparently the workers there don’t know the difference between live and frozen because these crawfish are frozen… I paid for garlic flavor butter flavor and extra hot and it didn’t have no flavor!!!! It was plain as plain can be???!!! Don’t not go here and order live crawfish because you will do the same thing we did….throw the crawfish away in the trash!!!! Do not be deceived by the looks like I was????

The atmosphere is great from the second you walk in the door! We ordered lobster Mac & cheese, which was perfect! My son ordered the grilled salmon, which he says is the best he's ever had! The gumbo was delicious as well! Our server was very friendly & the service was great! We will definitely be back!

Excellent environment,employees and indescribable delicious food. Our first time to eat there w no regrets! Found out they also served breakfast. So much food we couldn't eat it all. Every area spotless and again the service was awesome. For a taste satisfying experience come try their cuisine. You'll leave smiling!!!!?

My family and I went on a Friday evening. We came back because our first experience was amazing. This time we waited 30 minutes for our drinks, that basically came out with our food. They waited to tell me they were out of sweet tea so I waited another 10 minutes for water. As another table (same waiter) gave a whole table refills and to go boxes. My food and my husband's was good. But my son's chicken tenders were old the chicken was tough, hard, and dry. The waiter said they were fresh and probably just overlooked. They cooked them again and they didn't even have salt or pepper on them. There were 2 other families that had to wait forever as well. They need to have more than one waiter on a Friday night and they need to pay attention to ALL their customers not just some.
