Started with the ruby paloma. It was good. Had the grilled chicken with asparagus and Caesar Salad. Added green beans. I like how they flash fry them. Overall good experience and was happy with my food. Great service. Everyone was friendly.

We went to Saltgrass Steak House tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and everything was cooked perfectly.

Our server, Casey, was fabulous, friendly, attentive, and made the evening feel special without being overbearing. Great service and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We ate there for the first time and it was 5 GOLD stars all the way through. Casey was great- she gave us recommendations and options and listened to our preferences. She’s funny and extremely knowledgeable on the food and drink menu. I give her all the gold stars ⭐️ Julio also made sure our food was great. Definitely going back soon.

Lady Janice and I ate Thanksgiving here in 2023. Excellent. 2024 ate with family. Family scattered this year so returned to Salt Grass. Another superior restaurant meal with excellent service. Traditional Thanksgiving menu ( no substitutions) included turkey breast, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, dressing and gravy and cranberry. Choice of potato soup or salad. I had potato soup. Price: 27 bucks. But the portions were generous, and the food absolutely "poifect". Salt Grass doesn't oversalt their food like many places. When youre on a salt restricted doctor ordered diet, that's a big big plus. One can always add salt to personal preference, but food cooked with too much salt is inedible unless you're a "saltaholic". The ambiance is very pleasant and the service terrific (Thanks Brandi). Just a wonderful Traditional meal worth every penny. Hats off to the entire staff, servers, chefs and kitchen staff for such a marvelous dining experience.

Exceptional Service and Campfire Flavor!

​We recently visited Saltgrass Steak House for a late lunch on Black Friday, needing a boost of energy before resuming our shopping. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and truly delivered on the promise of recapturing the flavor of the open campfire. Steaks, chicken, and seafood are chargrilled to perfection, and it’s wonderful knowing their breads, soups, and desserts are all made from scratch daily.

​In addition to the excellent atmosphere, the restaurant features great TVs throughout, making it an ideal spot for catching all the action on game days.

​The highlight of our specific visit was definitely our server, Brittany. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and demonstrated outstanding professionalism. We noticed she was training a new server who was shadowing her, and her patience and kindness were exemplary. It was clear she was fostering a supportive learning environment.

​Beyond her helpfulness, Brittany was meticulously well-groomed and neat. As a fellow woman, I appreciated her professional presentation—her hair, make-up, and nails were all executed on a high, professional level.

​As for the food, our mushroom appetizer was absolutely delicious, and the fresh iced tea was crisp and refreshing.

​Overall, Saltgrass is a great restaurant. It’s obvious they have a strong team that genuinely loves their work environment, and that positive energy translates directly into a fantastic dining experience for the customer. We highly recommend stopping in!

We just got back from an amazing Thanksgiving dinner! It was above and beyond our expectations
Our server, Nadia, was the best! Not stressed, efficient, kept our drinks filled and took time to interact with us.

The manager, Julio, was very nice and clearly has that restaurant running smoothly. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff for their cooking and for keeping the kitchen running efficiently under the holiday time! I left my phone at the table, we went in and Julio already had the phone and quickly returned it to me.

The food! The salads were excellent especially the strawberry /spinach! We had the option of soup or salad. Oh my gosh the holiday dinner of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole and cranberry were amazing. The turkey was perfectly cooked! Moist, tender and generous slices.

They offered food from their regular menu which was quite a surprise as well The people next to us had the prime rib which looked perfect cooked.
Pricing was excellent Under $25 for each dinner.
The spinach/strawberry salad was extra but the regular dinner salad was included in the meal

The food was delicious and Gabby’s service was even better! We ordered a steak salad and the blackened redfish. Had the spinach and artichoke dip. The dip was a nice start to dinner.

We had excellent service and the steak, I had the rib eye, it was cooked to perfection. This was the best steak I've had at a Salt Grass. I would definitely go again!

This place isnt all that, the service was bad. We had a waitress name Gabby. She took long in getting our drinks ,then we ordered an appetizer and was never brought to us, after she took our order , she came back 20 minutes later and said they only had prime rib for 2 out of 3 three that ordered it , so my son ordered something else. After that.
15 minutes later some man came to us did not introduce himself and said the prime rib was burnt so we had to order something else, it took long to get our order. I ordered a double vodka tall with topo chico and they charged me 21.50 . We were very disappointed. they only offered us a free dessert. Lol. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Food was very good and came quickly. Service was outstanding. All staff was very attentive. It got very busy while we were there (we were seated before the rush) and it was still a very comfortable noise level. The bill was $132 (before tip) for 2 large draft beers, 2 grand marnier, 2 prime rib dinners, and fried onions as appetizer. Salad and bread also. Reasonably priced. The atmosphere and ability to get the entire order correct and timely was well worth it!

The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, wife’s Patty Melt was delicious and grandsons Steak Tips were perfect. Slight issue with Mac n cheese cold, but Keaton our server made it right quick. Keaton was an excellent server, I advise asking for him.

I hadn’t eaten at Saltgrass for 8 years because of a horrible tough ribeye I got in Midland and the night manger said “you ordered a ribeye what did you expect “ I ordered the bone in ribeye and couldn’t cut it with a knife. I decided to give the company another try. As a customer who ate once or twice a week in Dallas it was very disappointing. Glad I decided to try again.
