If you ever sit at the bar, the bartender Jasmine is very good at what she does, always on top of it the thing I like about her she is very pretty but doesn't act like it makes her more attractive and she is very friendly always smiling in a good mood really good bartender I will always be coming here she's great bartender it means a lot a lot of bars you really don't get a bartender this talkative she makes this bar fun and the owners are really great people as well sariah is a wonderful person really sweet and friendly and Tiffany great owner love this place

I’ve passed by this establishment so many times. It’s kinda hidden in a corner of a shopping center but it’s worth the find. The food is better than okay but it’s the friendliest atmosphere that you’ll enjoy. It’s a place where regulars come but you’re treated like you belong. It’s a nice quiet pace to enjoy a drink and make friends

Chef knows his stuff. The food is always good. The service is very friendly. Atmosphere is really smooth. A locals type place. The food will surprise you. It’s not your typical bar food. It’s a chef, not a cook. They opened during Covid, basically. They made it. That should say enough about the place, the folks and the food.

The service, food (burger) and atmosphere was amazing. I have to say, the hamburger was literally the best I’ve ever eaten! Can’t wait to try other things on their menu. Staff is so friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

My husband found this place while we were visiting Slaton and then to Lubbock. Such a nice relaxed and quite atmosphere. Great to see a neighborhood place like this! Food was soo good! Higly recommend

8/8/25 Today I had the privilege of being introduced to this treasure. It is difficult to describe other than the best. They have an extensive lunch special menu until 4 PM. They have a discount for teachers There are 20 to 30 regulars so to be followed by that many individuals speaks to their consistency. Ladies, Brody will melt your heart when he explains the story of his ink. He is a champion skilled flirt, however, he is willing to hug seniors so that made the visit exceptional. I suggest that everyone have the Sanctuary experience to know there is a special place in Lubbock.

Fantastic food, awesome service, and amazing drinks!!! Loved the atmosphere too. Hubby and I came out for a casual date night after work and ate comfortably, had a couple drinks each, and loved every second! Everything was amazingly priced and they have specials Monday through Thursday- new fave place that is also kid friendly!! Highly recommend 😊

The menu is not correct and the servers will try to slip their unadvertised changes past you without notifications. I really like this place, but will not suffer their dishonesty. I will not be back.

Food is great and we love Brody. The problem is you freeze to death in the place. We have been two weeks in a row of 6 plus people and all of us have frozen to death. Air is WAY too cold! All they are willing to do is turn off the ceiling fans. That’s not enough. I’m not sure we will be back if they can’t accommodate their guests. Our server today was a pregnant girl who wasn’t very good. We had to ask for napkins, silverware, more drinks and our tickets which she got wrong! The food is great though. We love the lunch specials!

The most umazzzzing place for food, drinks and music on Friday nights . The shrimp and cabbage, their huge wings are to die for. 😋. Thank you to the hardest working staff they have . You all are the BEST ! THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE.!!!!

The food is amazing, we've gone a few times and before today, have always had a good experience. There was only four other small groups in the restaurant and my partner and I initially chose to sit outside since the weather is nice for once. After several minutes of waiting we chose to go inside next to the bar and wait at a table there for service. In all waiting 30min without even a greeting, drinks or menus. Not sure what caused this time to be so unpleasant that we felt ignored entirely by the staff there. Even with having gone while it's busy AND slow, the service hasn't ever been so lacking, and has caught us off guard after enjoying the environment and food so much.

Heard some great things about Sanctuary, so we decided to give it a try. Came in on a Monday for some wings. Wait times were a bit long for the food, but the wings were great! We also had the chicharrones for an appetizer, those were great too! Will be back!
