I did an online order pickup here Friday. Right when I bit in to my sandwich there was a hair. I went back to return the sandwich and get my money back. No apology, just refunded my money. I was so grossed out. I will NOT be eating at any Schlotzsky's again thanks to this disgusting experience and zero apology.

I really wanted the Loaded Potato Soup and all I got was soup. Sadly disappointed. I have provided the picture on the menu vs. what I paid for. Schlotzskys sale price is higher so I would have loved better quality food.

I called just to let whoever needed to know that my girlfriend and I got food poisoning yesterday, and I was hung up on. It happens! I really wasn’t mad at all. I just wanted to let somebody know so that nobody else got sick. I didn’t yell or act like a jerk—I was actually laughing because I thought it was kind of funny and I didn’t want some poor service worker to think I was calling to yell or blame them for something they can’t control. Just a quick PSA for anybody looking for a schlotzky’s: eat at the other one in town. This one doesn’t give a damn about your health.

This used to be a favorite place of ours but the last couple of times we have been disappointed. Tonight we ordered our sandwiches and both of them were burnt and they tasted terrible. I've been going to this place for years. It's going to be a while before I go back if I ever do

I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich from the location on 19th near covenant hospital and I was eating my sandwich and there was a big sharp piece of plastic in the sandwich which I had stuck in my throat and I tried to call and speak with a manager and and all I got is a very rude person on the line which would not give me the managers name would not help me would not tell me what it was would not help me at all!!! I could not get any safety information from them how to help know what was stuck in my throat. Please please beware of this location before eating there

I ate at the Original Scholtzsky on S. CONGRESS in Austin, Texas, so I've got a really high bar. The bread didn't seem as fresh as same day bake, but it was a good sandwich. Go to the 19th street store in Lubbock as the other store off Milwaukee doesn't meet any standards

It's been a couple of years since I've been to schlotzkys. The insides (I got a small ham and cheese, no onions) was good. The sour dough bread, however, was tasteless. Very disappointing.
