Center of the roll. It is nothing but chopped up roll and I’m sure it was not fresh! I called to ask why I was charged $5.19 for it and was told you have to buy a meal to get the $2.99 price. I bought a $9.99 sandwich, a large drink for $3.29, and a bowl of soup for $5.79 — but that did not qualify for a meal. I won’t be back.

Ordered the BOGO Pizza, I gave it a three because of lack of sauce and I mean lack. But let’s brag about the crust it was AMAZING. The Chicken BBQ Jalapeño pizza was much better, but also light on sauce.
I will say it’s one of the best flaky, buttery crust I’ve had in Lubbock a place where good pizza is lacking.
More sauce and more cheese and it would have been a solid 5 star.

An employee was sleeping in one booth while all other booths had the table tipped over.
Every table that was available had not been cleaned and was covered in trash and/or crumbs. I chose the least dirty table and cleaned it myself.

I was in such a hurry I didnt catch her name but the time and date should be enough for her to be recognized. Its just really nice dealing with nice, professional employees

I decided to try Schlotzsky’s after church on 82nd Street in Lubbock TX. The premises were clean, the service was amazing & the sandwich was Outstanding. I bought a large & almost ate the entire sandwich because it was So Good. Fresh bread & fresh ingredients made me smile while eating.
