My wife and I love this place. We go as often as we can. The food is always hot, fresh and reasonably priced. From soup to pizza to sandwich or even a cinnamon roll. It's all good and hot. Service has always been great and the place is very clean. Don't forget to grab some soup, it is so good also.

Food was good, service was fast, and it was clean. It has been about a year since the last time we had eaten at a Schlotzsky's. What was surprising was the price of two small sandwich meals costing a little over $26.00.

Thanks for, yet again, getting my order wrong. It’s always something, but I do give you credit for getting something different wrong every time. Salads without dressings. Combos without chips. Specifically asking for utensils, but none to be found. I could go on. Way to keep the Lubbock tradition of horrible service at fast food places alive!

The food was amazing and the service was awesome. I would eat here everyday if I lived in Lubbock.

To say my experience was bad is an understatement. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, which I didn’t think was unreasonable, and I was 4th or 5th in line. It still took until 9:00 PM to get my order. While waiting, I watched an employee take a bag to customers inside, then go back, pull something out of it, open it, look at it, close it, and throw it back into the bag. That same bag was then handed to me at the drive-thru window—with the employee still wearing greasy, food-covered gloves. When I pulled forward to check my food (because someone was behind me), I found one of my sandwiches thrown loosely into the bottom of the bag—half in the wrapper and half out. I drove back around to address it, but they refused to acknowledge me at the window because it was after closing at that point. This was an absolute disgrace. I would be embarrassed if something like this came out of my own restaurant. I don’t know if the name on the receipt is the person responsible, but the name listed was Brandi.
This Schlotzsky's is way nicer than most. Clean place, friendly staff, and their Wednesday 2 for 1 sandwich deal is a steal

I've never been disappointed with a Schlotzsky's original sandwich. I was also able to buy some sourdough buns to take home. Can't beat Schlotzsky's sourdough, it's delicious.

Took my son tonight we sat in the back at the one open table not seeing the ONE closed section sign they had in the CORNER. We got our food and then all of a sudden the MANAGER proceeded to come out all pissed off slamming chairs around to block the back section. So unacceptable now I know why the place was empty.

35 minutes to make three sandwiches and the place is not busy. Watching the teenagers stand around just talking in the back. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else. I see the sign on the door for churros and I ask to have that He says oh yeah we haven't had that in a while. People keep asking about it. We need to take that sign down. I blame management on these problems. Then I had to go back because they didn't give me all of my order.

Never been to this location before. First thing we hear in the drive thru was a curse word. Wonderful first impression! Let's hope they make good food.
Good sandwich, drive thru.

When I spend $75 on 3 sandwiches, I at the very least, expect them to be correct and complete. I had whole meats missing from my sandwiches. What was on there was slimy. Unsure if this was due to expiration dates or another prank. Paid $8 to add avocado and only got a sliver of the ingredient. A veggie sandwich with no meat, no cheese, no sauce, cost over 30 bucks. Highway robbery. Unsure if it was a joke or not but the small kid sandwich was not edible. Someone had poured a pile of pepper all over it. Training new people, or high school kids pulling pranks on shift, this type of stuff is not okay. This kind of stuff really could hurt someone. Worst experience I've had in a real long time, from anywhere. When I tried calling the store, I was hung up on. I traveled 40 minutes round trip for this treat and it ended up being an absolute disaster. Take your money and treat yourself elsewhere; this store ain't it. The other location is no better, honestly schlotzsky's is nothing like it use to be. Such a let down. This one will be a memory soon enough.

This place was empty. The girl who waited on us was very friendly. We ended up just getting a drink. The drink machine was out of all the flavorings. She said it had been for a month or so. The Sprite was not great. Threw it away and left. Just didn’t feel like a place we wanted to eat. Need to take care of the drink machine. Didn’t see people wearing gloves to make the sandwiches.
