I wanted to try this place in the morning before rating as the evening run was pretty gross. I loaded up this morning (6:20 am). 3 diff rolls, fritter, dozen mixed and a large coffee almost close to 35 bucks. Starting with the cream cheese rolls I got a strawberry and a blueberry and it has SO MUCH wierd gelled topping on top, no icing no glaze but I assume what they use for filled donuts plopped on top like a inch thick yet the cinnamon roll had barely any glaze lol like what?? Fritter had to weigh atleast 2 pounds very thick dense and heavy. Taste wise I couldn't with any of the rolls or fritter. Ick... I hope the family can. The donuts well they are just kinda wierd not bad but not good. I had one glazed and Texture is squishy foamy. If you pinch it, it goes right back to shape? like a squisy ball. The taste is well squisy and foamy but overly sweet in a wierd way. Had high hopes the coffee was legit but you could cut it with a knife EXTREMELY thick and bitter as all get out. I put the one cup in my pot at home and added water almost ended up with a full pot of coffee lol and I like strong coffee. But DAYUM. Well I really do hope this place makes some adjustments and hangs around, and I'm sure they have a following but it is a HARD PASS for us. Also the Indian lady at the drive thru wasn't exactly welcoming.

The coffee isn't real. Mostly just sugar pre-mixes. Donuts come cold and they won't heat up for you.

Oh my goodness these ladies are amazing!!! They have fulfilled my huge orders (even the annoying one I asked for last minute of 120 donuts for our youth group) on super short notice. They were very gracious towards me. They are so kind and really love their jobs. Plus their food is amazing! Best donuts EVER!

Whenever I come in the same lady is at the front counter. Months ago, my son was with me. He's intellectually challenged, and she didn't try to rush him in choosing what he wanted. I came in this morning and while picking donuts she asked how my son is. It takes a special kind of person to remember that out of the sea of people she helps every day. The donuts are always good. We don't go anywhere else. Thanks!

First visit since they can to Lubbock. I really like the breading of their kolaches way better than Rise N Shine, it has a nice crispy bottom and it's much less dense. The ham and cheese kolaches is SO GOOD. The fruit filled donuts are a disappointment, you can taste any breadiness of the donut because it's so thin and sugared and the follow tasted like canned pie filling. The flavored icing donuts are hot and miss - that maple is great. They all have generous toppings but flavors like cherry and strawberry just taste sweet - nothing like the fruit or even an extract. Didnt get to try the caked types this time but if we go back it'll be fine the ham loaches as to try cake donuts. Mixed bag of liked and dislikes but with the drive for a kolache.

First time in the store. Very nice. I came in the afternoon so most selections were gone, but they had one left--just what I wanted!!

Stop by yesterday at 10:50a to pick up a 1/2 dozen kolachi's. When I got them home they tasted like freezer burn and the bread was tough as shoe leather. Overall a very unappetizing product not to mention was more expensive than any of the other donut shops. Called, no one answered, left a message, no 1 responded. Will not purchase from here again.

They probably have some of the best donuts and kola's in town iv gone different times of the day and they are always consistent. Great service as well cut and dry no confusion, in and out, great for on the go if you are in a rush.

Donuts were great but the service was terrible. I drove up to the drive through window and waited a good 5 min before anyone came to the window. Looks like there was only one lady working there. Store was empty but when she did come to the window she was on her cell phone talking in her native tounge, foreign language. She just looked at me until I said I'll take a dozen donuts. She then hands me food and looks at me again so I assumed we're telepathic so I hand her my card. She charges me but doesn't give me a total due nor a receipt. Again donuts great, service terrible and she never got off phone the entire time.
