Awful experience. Went inside and waited at least 15 mins to be helped. The donuts were stale and they didn’t have any milk. Lobby was dirty and it smelled awful inside. This place has gone down hill the past few months.

Tried the kolaches and filled donuts. Everything was good but nothing special. The lady was nice but not too friendly but what do you expect at 6:00 AM. Not sure I would go back since the products were nothing special.

Went there on a Saturday just before 8:00 AM because guests wanted filled and cake donuts. Website showed 10 different filled donuts and 9 different cake donuts. However, there was only one type of filled and one type of cake donut available. There weren't any other customers so it didn't seem like they should have been sold out. I only saw one person working there. If you want glazed donuts with sprinkles this is your place, but don't count on getting a variety. The donuts I got were pretty good, but don't think I'll be back.

The lady was rude not sure why seemed fed up that she had to her job. She was nice to a costumer after us my wife pointed out. Not sure what we did to get on her bad side we made sure our kids were well-behaved and we didnt leave a mess but I definitely won't return there. The food wasn't that good.

They NEVER have the bacon egg and cheese kolaches. But you sure can order them online. At least call people who order stuff you don’t have that way they don’t have to drive all the way across town to be disappointed

This location doesn't pay attention to the drive through in the early mornings.....I sat for 10 minutes before being waited on....employees need to be removed and replaced with some one thst will work

This was without question the worst order of donuts I have ever had in my life. The donuts were dry and stale like they had been sitting out for days. I rarely get donuts--maybe once a year--and when I do, I expect them to be great. I cannot believe this place is even in business! So then we go back to get our money back and they refuse to give us a refund AND THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS! These donuts are absolutely inedible and may be fit to slop a hog with. This is unacceptable and treating customers this way is beyond the pale. Shipleys, you owe me a phone call and a refund, because this was absolute highway robbery and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Horrific donuts, horrific customer service. Disgusting!

Went on a Sunday morning. An hour after they opened, if that. Supposedly they were already sold out of everything we wanted. Except the koloaches. But they were so hard they were already edible. And they moved it too. When she put them in the bag to give them to me, she had to have known they were going to be gross. Idk if they were old but since they were out of everything, right after they opened with nobody there but me.... I just feel like they didn't even make anything fresh so they didn't have anything new to sell me and sold me the old stuff anyways.... when i got home and realized, i didn't want to go all the way back. I called but it went strait to vm all day long. Every time I called. Left a vm. Nobody returned my call. Do not recommend this location.

Clean shop. Courteous and prompt service. Terrible, stale donuts. Shipley used to be the best donuts, with a great variety, but there wasn't much to chose from. They were small, only about 75% the size that they used to be. They were worse than flavorless, and smelled like old grease. I bought 3 donuts, mostly to be polite, because understandably, the place was otherwise empty. After takinf one bite each of two different donuts, I threw all three away. 3 stars are for environment and service; 0 stars for flavor, variety and freshness.

I don't know exactly how it was cuz it was closed 30 minutes earlier than the posted time. I guess the employee wanted to get out early so I don't know how these donuts taste but I'll give it a one star because my inconvenience and my afternoon is ruined. May 29,2025 @ 1:36pm
