This is such a great dive bar. It reminds me of Cheers. The people staff and patrons are all fun and friendly. Wednesday bingo is so fun.

All the food is always delicious. Possibly the best burger in Lubbock. Even folks who don't typically like Frito Pie, like Shotzys Frito Pie. Not a better French Dip sandwich anywhere. Meatloaf Monday is a favorite and you can only get it on Monday. Portions are large enough that my wife and I split them. I think the cooks name is Kayro. I would kidnap him if I were to open an eatery. Jaycee is an excellent manager and waitress, always has a big smile. All the customers always seem to have a great time. Hospitality is wonderful, great food and a great venue.

I was invited here for the first time and was so impressed with the service and the food is amazing I come regularly now. I recommend this place to anyone I meet it is a great place check it out I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!

The place is a great hang out spot. However we went on Sunday for the steak special and order medium and was brought out well done. Disappointed. I will definitely will go try again to see if maybe the cook was having an off day

We enjoyed our time and our drinks. We had potato skins which weren't that good. They need more servers on a Saturday night. The poor girl was running around like crazy and couldn't keep up.
TO REPLACE AN IRISH PUB WITH THIS DEGRADING TYPE OF AN ESTABLISHED IS A HUMILIATION. TO EVEN ALLOW A ONE STAR IS TO GOOD FOR WHAT THEY DESERVE. THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS SO WISHY WASHY IT IS NOT A STABLE BUSINESS AND WILL NOT LAST THIS CAN BE NOTICED JUST BY LOOKING AT THE PARKING LOT.

I've eaten here probably a dozen times but will not be back after today. I arrived on my motorcycle today and the bartender told me I had to take my 'cut' off. I'm not MC affiliated, nor do I wear any support colors.... I do wear a vest with patches on it. I asked if I could just turn it inside out and she said no....so I left and won't be back.f

What a great hidden gem! We love to go in and trying something new off the menus each time. We have never been disappointed! The same goes for the service. It does not matter how busy they are, a smile is always given. I already can't wait to go back, if the Frito pie is nearly as good as the chili cheese tots, I know what I am trying next time!!
