My husband and 3 year-old son went to Simply Decadent Bakery a few days ago and purchased some cupcakes for Halloween. Halloween is our son’s very favorite holiday & he was getting so excited for it to almost be here- and the cupcakes were the highlight of his little day that day. My husband then took him up to his work to finish up things for the day. On the way inside, our son dropped the box of cupcakes on the ground and they all fell out. :( As you can imagine, his little heart was broken. They went back to the bakery to buy more a little bit later. When they got to the doors, they were locked and then my husband realized that it had just closed for the day. So again, his little heart was broken. At that moment, an Employee open the door and asked if they could help. My husband told them what had happened and they remembered them coming in a little earlier. The employees put together another box of Halloween cupcakes for our son and gave it to them at no cost. This was truly an example of amazing customer service and really saved the day for a three-year-old little boy. Thank you to the amazing ladies that were there that day. We are beyond appreciative!!

They were beautiful and reported to have been delicious! I know I can count on them and will order again. Special thanks to Mercedes who took the order and the prompt delivery person!

I’m celiac and saw they had gf cake, cupcakes, and macarons. Let me tell you, there are few places that make good gf baked goods, this is one of them! The cake wasn’t dry, the frosting was delicious and not overly sweet, so you could taste the flavor and not just powdered sugar! I appreciate this so much as most places have overly sweet frosting which I usually leave behind. Everything we tried was delicious and reminded me of regular cake. I will definitely be back for BYO GF Cake sampler day!

We are from Dallas but needed a baby shower cake in Lubbock! We were super nervous because we were asking a lot and didn’t really know who to use. Simply Decadent did not disappoint and in fact blew us away with how beautiful the cake was. We buy cakes all the time for various occasions and this one takes the cake! Not only was it decorated perfectly, but it was also delicious! Thank you Simply Decadent for providing us with the best cake in Lubbock!!
Second time ordering from here and it did not disappoint again! Their buttercream is so rich and the best I’ve ever had. Everyone loved the cake and the cookies were so cute! Reasonable price too! The 8in cake was $55 and the cookies were $72 for 2 dozen.
