We are from Dallas but needed a baby shower cake in Lubbock! We were super nervous because we were asking a lot and didn’t really know who to use. Simply Decadent did not disappoint and in fact blew us away with how beautiful the cake was. We buy cakes all the time for various occasions and this one takes the cake! Not only was it decorated perfectly, but it was also delicious! Thank you Simply Decadent for providing us with the best cake in Lubbock!!

Second time ordering from here and it did not disappoint again! Their buttercream is so rich and the best I’ve ever had. Everyone loved the cake and the cookies were so cute! Reasonable price too! The 8in cake was $55 and the cookies were $72 for 2 dozen.

Great bakery! I live out of town and was looking for a graduation cake. I picked Simply Decadent because I liked the pictures of their graduation cakes on line. Called them and ordered a cake, very easy to do by phone. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out! The cake was delicious!! Super moist and everything I was looking for in a graduation cake!!

I choose this place because the offer Gluten Free. First thing I tried was the Blueberry Bar. OMG it was so good, I craved another one all week. Today I bought another Blueberry Bar and an Italian Cream Cupcake. I got in that car with my box of yummies and couldn't wait to take a taste of the cupcake. It was so good I finished the whole thing in the car. Fabulous flavor and so moist. I highly recommend this to everyone

I went in with my fiance to explore their gluten free options. Not many places have this option and I was surprised that there were several options. We got a few treats but the almond amaretto cupcake was to die for. It was honestly the best cupcake I have ever eaten. I am so glad we found this place! It takes the stress out of looking for good gluten free deserts.

Simply the best bakery/cakery. I have gotten cakes from here for my engagement, couples shower and wedding cake. They are so easy to work with and wonderful people. They offer so many interesting flavors and all of them were absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments. When my wedding cake was delivered I left floral decorations on the cake table to use and they exceeded my expectations with what I provided. Will recommend to anyone needing deserts for any special event. Thank you simply decedent cakes!

This place has the best cakes in town, hands down.I have had several birthday cakes from here before, and recently ordered one myself: red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and I can confidently say that it was the best red velvet I have ever had. Not too sweet and well balanced. Everyone wanted a second piece!They also had several gluten-free options, got a pecan cheesecake, and it was delightful.I will never go back to any other stores’ cakes!

At first we were hesitant to buy cakes for my wifes bday because everytime we buy at this place called “factory”, their cakes are super sweet and we kind want to proceed with the bday without cake.But, I found out about this shop, Simply Decadent, online while searching for the best cake that arent too sweet. I was kinda skeptical to try it and assume that its excessively sweet like that factory near south plains mall but lo and behold im glad we bought this eventhough it was the last piece since theyre about to close. Perfect taste for people looking for gourmet cakes. Just the right amount of sweetnesss and amazingly moist.
