They messed everything up. I called the lady to ask if I can get a refund. She hung up on me. I just wanted a three piece meal. They messed up the drink. Everything was cold. I'm never coming here again. The lady was disrespectful. I just wanted my meal and that was the only thing that I could pay for and they don't even wanna refund it now.

Food is amazing when you get what you order but I have to say I’ve been here probably about three or four times cause it’s the closest one to my house. They have to be the slowest moving people out of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have sat in line and been the only one in line for over 30 minutes the people they are not polite. They act like they don’t even want to be there.

5/17/25: maybe if your staff wasn't so busy yelling obscenities at each other, it would be a more pleasant environment for guests. I'm not very inclined to return to this location as a result. And, please fix the Sprite dispenser. It leaks all over your hand as you are trying to get Sprite! It clearly needs to be maintained, and isn't being checked. Not sure about the other sodas, but I imagine they also need some TLC. Chicken was dry and my sandwich filet left a lot to be desired as far as taste and texture.

The Cajun chicken sandwich is always a go-too, as are the Lemmon pepper wings & fried pickles. This location is great.
1st time at this establishment and upon entrance outside the building and parking lot was well maintained, windows were clean. First thing I noticed was the guitars which were cool and the music was on point so you had a background of the restaurant. Quality of the food was fresh but I felt like the chicken was either over cooked or it was just poor quality (rubbery) but it is chicken. I would give it 5 stars if the chicken didn't rely on the sauces. Overall experience it was a hit.

This location has went downhill!!! I love slim chicken because the food is normally always fresh & made to order but the last two times the food has been old and cold and even when i came back to have it remade i received old and cold food. Will not be back to this location.
