I ordered the spicy tenders, and this is what I received. My whole order was messed up, and the item they gave me wasn’t what was advertised. This feels like false advertising, and it’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what I ordered.

I'd avoid this location. On multiple orders now, they have taken a long time in the drive through, just to give the wrong order. They are not accurate, and when attention is brought to management, nothing is done about it. Sadly has happened to me three times now. They can't even double check stuff before giving it out.

I’ve been to this location more than a few times and one thing I will say is that its some of my favorite chicken ever! By the time you get your drinks filled up and sit down they are already bringing your food out and man that chicken is hot! The portions are really good along with the price. I definitely recommend coming here to eat

We had several problems with an order. The manager on duty basically told me I was lying when we had witnessed an employee make a HUGE mistake and mentioned it. Do. Better.
They messed everything up. I called the lady to ask if I can get a refund. She hung up on me. I just wanted a three piece meal. They messed up the drink. Everything was cold. I'm never coming here again. The lady was disrespectful. I just wanted my meal and that was the only thing that I could pay for and they don't even wanna refund it now.

Food is amazing when you get what you order but I have to say I’ve been here probably about three or four times cause it’s the closest one to my house. They have to be the slowest moving people out of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have sat in line and been the only one in line for over 30 minutes the people they are not polite. They act like they don’t even want to be there.

5/17/25: maybe if your staff wasn't so busy yelling obscenities at each other, it would be a more pleasant environment for guests. I'm not very inclined to return to this location as a result. And, please fix the Sprite dispenser. It leaks all over your hand as you are trying to get Sprite! It clearly needs to be maintained, and isn't being checked. Not sure about the other sodas, but I imagine they also need some TLC. Chicken was dry and my sandwich filet left a lot to be desired as far as taste and texture.

We hadn't eaten at Slim Chickens in a year. Went to pick it up tonight, the chicken was fine, the mushrooms were great, but what has happened to the potato salad!? I had several rubbery strands that might have been bacon. When the one on 19th opened, the potato salad was divine, this was trash. I couldn't even finish it. If you're going to cut corners then just stop serving it. Disgusting.
