Pay attention to your orders here..i ordered a buffalo chicken tender mac and cheese. I got a tender machine and cheese, my friend ordered a tender baskes with a side of machine and cheese..they didn't put her fries on her meal..when asked for buffalo sauce I was ignored and they didn't deliver my friends fries..but was on the counter getting cold..wost experience at this slim chicken

We usually come to have lunch or dinner in this spot.. however tonight we had the worst experience ever... as soon as We open the door "Hanna G" the cashier was very rude expresing that only to go orders when it was 8 pm and the closing time its says 10 pm... Just while we where he turn 8 customers because only to go...
Clearly poor management ... if they want to go early they can clock out.. eventually if the attitude dosent change will end bad..

I would give my visit 0 stars if I could. I sat in the drive thru order box for 10 minutes and watched the ring in 3 separate cars before I decided to pull through to order at the window. By the time I had gotten to the window I had been in the drive thru lane for 30 minutes. I sat at the drive window for 5 minutes and after no one opening the window to talk to me or cash me out I pulled through and came inside. All the manager could do was give me a 20% discount and proceed to take another 30 minutes to get my order out to me!! How does it take over an hour to order 3 meals…

Did an online order, order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in plenty of time, pulled into the drive-thru with 2 other cars ahead of me. Waited about 15-20 minutes until I got to the window, when I pulled up no one came to the window to give me my food. I waited another ten minutes and then finally went inside to get my food. They had it sitting by the window, no other customers inside by the way. Terrible service tonight. Also, because I had to wait nearly 40 minutes, the food was cold.
