Nice staff, except one left a vape in the booth seat. The water on the soda machine dispenses 70% water 30% Powerade or whatever the drink was. Takes about 3X longer than canes, and the chicken is always tougher. However, the fries are nice. Why even have hand sanitizer dispensers if they are all empty? I had to order by touching a screen, I want to clean my hands!
Edit: Why is the chicken so tough every time! I will never come here again.

Trash .....Never busy always slower then anywhere else you can eat on University . If they took and served more then one order at a time then the just meh...ok chicken would be worth waiting 5 or 7 mins to order when nobody else is in line or the additional 10 - 12 mins to make your food.....pick a different chicken place

Food tasted great. Ot was clean. The atmosphere was delightful. Staff were always smiling and very helpful when asked a question. Place was extremely clean! Tables were in the same condition, prices were reasonable, i enjoyed going herr for the first time! I a going here again.

I wanted to leave a review here because I wasn’t aware my app review would be specific to this location. When I ordered a salad the lid was not on properly causing it to spill all out of the bag. The manager called after my review and offered another salad. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The part about taking an hour for an order was at the 98th location not this one. I drive out of my way to go to the university location.

Manager “Kara Harris” seems to be overworked. We had an issue at the location and she was rude. It’s near the end of the night and she seemed to be tired. The store should consider doing something to help the work load and the store. Of course I’m annoyed but I don’t think she would have been snappy for no reason.
Grab dinner and the fries where old and hard, just gross. Just threw them away. $35 later for half a dinner. Cashier was not friendly at all either. Very disappointed, the first time I was there we loved it. Not now!!!

Employees are very unprofessional and are also rude when me and my fiance walked in the door they did not greet us and when we got a cup of ice water they were extremely rude... the atmosphere in the lobby is completely disgusting the floors and the tables both are extremely sticky the bathrooms are disgusting and most definitely need some cleaning time.. it was about 4:00 p.m. when we came the restaurant was too dead for the lobby to look the way it did but instead of doing the job that they signed up for like welcoming their customers or cleaning and making sure everything is up to par, they would rather be in the back laughing and talking loud enough where you can hear them all the way across the store this is not the first time I've been in this restaurant and it's been like this so needless to say this is one location I will probably never come to again and me and my family eats them chickens pretty regularly and it's sad to see that this location is going down the way it is I hope to see some changes but the way things are going now I honestly don't see it happening in the near future........
