We attended the free meal event a few days ago. The place was packed. The service was still friendly, they were all doing everything they could do to help any customer that had a need, even some customers that weren't so nice. The food was fresh and we are thankful for this event.

Omg the customer service here was amazing Matthew the manger made everything such a breeze to deal with made it to the store n the customer service was still @ its finest called n spoke with brain about his store and even dealing with him over the phone was amazing more fast food places need to go have a peek on good customer service this skins chicken 7801 university ave in Lubbock tx was amazing

Ordered online as usual, listed ready time 6:24. Arrived 6:20, waited behind another customer in drive thru, At window was handed my food at 6:25, was told it would be a minute for the 2 milkshakes, I didn't receive them for over 10 minutes. The reason given was our shake machine was empty. Wish they would have noticed that before my food sat and got cold
