I ordered the waffle chicken through door dash. And I found paper in the middle of my waffle as I was eating it. Not sure why but that is not good at all.

My experience at this location was very good the manager on duty named Judy was very attentive to us she checked on us more than.once and the wait for our food wasn't long at all and this was on Sunday Feb 1 I definitely will be coming back to this store

Love the staff front people (Lucas,Erika) slims 98th lubbock tx. greeting my family and I walking in.and giving us options Sunday was a good day and a good meal, wings and mushrooms best place recommend it, staff made sure fresh tea was made and food came perfectly on time. Even offer me to try Sauces never thought I try but has a good meal yall ,

My SIL and I each placed an order for our Christmas Eve meal online. We had no idea they were closing at 4:00 today. We had chosen 6:00 for the pickup time, which was available on the website. Also, we ordered 4 days ago! They had plenty of time to let us know about this. They cancelled the orders about an hour and a half before pickup time! Now we’re scrambling to get a dinner for 10 people on Christmas Eve. This was so preventable.

Very disappointed in this place. My husband and I were in need of a quick dinner option last night. We chose this place because of their grilled chicken option. We went through the drive through. I ordered the grilled tenders and my husband requested that they specifically make sure the grilled tenders are well done because I am pregnant. They said that everything in the restaurant is well done but they would ensure that it is even more well done than normal. We got home and started eating and my grilled tenders were undercooked. Raw chicken is dangerous for anyone but especially for pregnant women. I am really hoping that no harm comes to my baby from this. I found out today that another girl got bad food poisoning from this same location due to raw chicken this weekend. Please check your food before eating. I will not be returning.

I used to love this place but after finding hair in my food twice already I just had to stop.. idk who handles the food but please wear a hairnet or beard net.. I got so grossed out :/

First of all food so disgusting I couldn't even eat wings so dry they seem like they were cooked this morning my drink was filled 3 quarters of the way full. Drive thru employee had an attitude never again will I go to that one

I was able to try this place out and was kinda let down. I never like when places advertise as hot chicken to be served, and its a mild or medium taste. I ordered the mango chili dry rub and hot sauce with 3 wings and 3 tenders with fries and 1 piece of toast for $15. About a 10 minute wait, the milkshake machine was down. The lady up front said its been down for about 2 months, and that was a bummer. All in all it was ok nothing to be blown away with. Sometimes, that's how it goes, though I'm glad to have tried it, at least.
Food was pretty good drink was kinda watery but honestly the price was not worth it.
