My husband surprised me this morning and begged me to come here for our 6-month wedding anniversary, and of course I said yes — we love this place! We ordered the whipped cottage cheese bowl and the pork belly Benedict, and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was plated beautifully and tasted even better.

The customer service is always top tier — friendly, welcoming, and consistent every single time. We left very full and completely satisfied. Thank you for always providing such great food and service. We’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love coming here!! My dog can come too. The food is delicious and has plenty of gluten free options. Their Bloody Mary was amazing!!

I really didn’t want to give it two stars, the food was DELICIOUS; my friend and I ordered the protein omelette and the biscuits and gravy. Jason A. was our waiter and when we first got there he greeted us quickly and got us water but after that he never really came back to us. We decided to be different and order the matcha latte only for us to find out we didn’t like it, we made him aware (which I actually had to stop him because he did not come back to us once) and he grabbed our drinks and said he would take it off our bill but he was moving so fast we didn’t even get the chance to ask if we could get something else to drink, after that he never came back to us until we got our food (which was about a 30 minute wait). Once we got our food he only checked on us one time and then after I was done eating he started to take my completely empty plates away, but he took my friends plate with a full biscuit on there as she was eating. He didn’t ask her if she was done but just grabbed all of our stuff and quickly walked off. He never asked if he could take her plate away and just brought us our ticket. Once we paid out he didn’t say anything to us and just walked off. I don’t know why he was such in a rush for us to leave when it was just a party of two. As a waitress myself I would never just take plates away without even asking empty or not, nor act like a customer is wasting my time.

The worst experience we’ve ever had in the almost two years we’ve been dining at Snooze. My husband took me to brunch for my birthday, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.

I arrived first and sat down right away, ordered our drinks, and waited about three minutes for my husband to arrive. From there, it went downhill. It took nearly 20 minutes for our waiter to even take our order. During that time, my husband asked for more tea, but the waiter repeatedly walked past us. He eventually had to ask the hostess for help, only to be told that our waiter would take care of it—which still didn’t happen. After another long wait, my husband went to the bar himself just to get a refill.

When our food finally came out, my husband’s meal was cold. He asked for it to be remade, but the replacement came back with an undercooked egg. At that point, the experience was beyond repair.

We used to love Snooze and recommended it often, but sadly, this experience has left us feeling like we won’t be returning.
