Pulled in for a quick bite and ordered a small double with a drink. I made sure to ask them for the drink size to be the one under the 44 oz, the large, because the Route 44 is just too big. But when my order came I had been charged for the Route 44 and that's what they brought.

Be prepared to wait too long for your order and always check your order before you leave. Slow service, food/drinks often wrong, nothing done to make it right. My most recent visit took 20 minutes and four check-ins to get a single drink correct.

Waited 20+ minutes for 3 drinks. They claimed to be short handed but sounds like just another excuse. Ended up just leaving instead of waiting longer even though we paid for the drinks already.
Next time it would be nice to know ahead of time if there is a high idle time.

Daughters sugar was low. Stall wasn't working with no sign or block for that stall. waited 10 minutes before actually having to call them to come take my order. Ridiculous!

I go for the drinks. Grape limeades how I do it. Happy hour and a person can actually afford to treat a friend or 2

Every time I go I always ask for meat to be well done n they can't take the extra couple mins to do just that
Very sloppy grey looking meat almost look spoiled no 1 small piece of tomato.. SMH. If u can't take pride in your job, even if it's cooking burgers then don't come out your house .u have nooo kinda self respect n very low standards. To don't belong in society

I love this restaurant. But more and more they are letting this store run down. The other ones on the other side of town are the very beautiful nice ones. Especially with the inventory being on point. Over here they are always out,or is out of order or discontinued. I haven't been here in years. And today. I decided to bring all my children and grandkids to sonic for a simple ice cream cone. Something I grew up with when I was a boy. Just to find out they discontinued ice cream cones. No more different sizes and they have in 1 size for a certain price. Which is not right and not fare to the public. You took a child hood memory from the public. With out the public knowing. We would like the ice cream cones back. And they are not about the kids. Want my rating. You pretty much gotten sad on this side of town. We love sonic food and dessert. But this one store is starting to stop looking nice. Inside and out.
