They gave me nasty ass ranch instead of the marinara that the mozzarella sticks come with. I didn't order a different sauce. Marinara is WHAT IT COMES WITH. Many Sonics screw this up regularly and it boggles my mind. Every restaurant on Earth sells mozzarella sticks with marinara so it literally makes no sense that they continually try to sell them with ranch. Disgusting! When I pressed the button again and very clearly told them they gave me the wrong sauce and asked for the marinara that they come with, they literally WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT THERE WITH MORE RANCH! I nearly vomited directly onto the car hop. I left before I realized they f*cked up the whole order. The mozzarella sticks weren't even hot. They were gross. The chili cheese coney with mustard had so much mustard that I almost vomited again and, worse yet, had very little cheese or chili and also wasn't hot. Also, I don't know what nasty ass drink they gave me but it was absolutely not the strawberry slush I ordered. It was a swirl of strawberry slush and some nasty ass, fluffy, creamy white crap. Horrible experience from start to finish. Absolute trash.

This is the closest location near me, so it's my regular sonic of choice. However the customer service is horrible. I was still ordering and the guy taking my order started telling my total. When I was still ordering and I have to constantly repeat my order at least 4 times every time i visit...someone should really train the employees in better customer service....but this will no longer be my sonic of choice going forward

I asked for extra strawberry and got it after I had to ask twice, asked for a strawberry LIMEADE slush and didn't get any lime. Just wasn't the same. I spoke loud and clear. I can't stand it when they can't even get a simple order right but they expect us to pay for it. Sonic owes me so much money I can buy a car with it. Smh.

It was 3:16 when I drove up to order. I pushed the button for service. After waiting 14 minutes, my passenger got off and order from the next stall. Within 3 minutes our ordered arrived. Not once, did we get acknowledged our presence.

First I was in one stall I pushed a button and nobody answered or said please wait then I went to the second stall and I waited for 15 minutes and still nobody answered the push the button twice and they took care of the other customer and that's all I was with and the next all I would on the other side of me and I was there first before they got there so I am not very happy with them they never answered so I never got to order anything so I had to go to Burger King
