These people were extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me the DoorDash order went through three times and turned off the intercom before I could respond and ask if my order was ready, so I had to push the summons button to get them back but I got someone else that was equally rude. The lady that gave me my order just handed me the bag and walked off without saying anything with a bad attitude and I don’t care gesture. I was planning to give them a tip but after seeing their behavior I didn’t give them anything and I will never go back there again.

The rudest people ever they can never hear you on there headset wanting to make us wait after saying the order 5 times. Then get mad when we’re yelling at the machine. Get new headsets or have someone come out if you can’t hear and once we get closer to the thing to yell they get mad . And then when we yell like 5 times wants to be sarcastic back and act like now all of a sudden you can hear. Then come out and say something about the headset not working but could hear me when I said thank u back loud. Customer service is so bad
Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and instead got something that made me so angry that I'm sitting here writing this review. I paid for the price of a bacon double cheeseburger and instead got a burger the size of a kidsmeal Jr. Burger with the most burnt bacon I've ever had, no lettuce, no tomato, and no mayo, just ketchup, mustard, and 3 sorry slices of pickels. What a joke because ts has me genuinely crashing out. ?

Came in a few days ago for a drink and was finishing up an important phone call before placing the order. Well then an employee possibly a manager approached my truck and said if I'm not going to order than I need to leave. I was literally sitting there for 5 min trying to finish up my call so I did not disrespect your employees or the person I was on the phone with. Is this normal practice? I mean I could Have understood if I was sitting there for 1/2 an hour or more and didn't place an order. But that was not the case.
