Came to pick up a mobile order. They stated they didn’t have anything by the name. So I proceed to verify I’m at the right location. No update from the worker no clarification that the order was started or received. Just waiting in the car. Finally after about 5 minutes worker gets on and says we’ll have order right out. Proceed to wait another 10 for 2 things.

I don’t usually leave a review on anything, but this one thing has happened 3times. I am a type 1 diabetic and always order a diet drink. But this is the 3rd time they have given me a non diet drink. It’s not an option for someone people, it’s about medical. Diet isn’t always ordered for “weight” purposes. I hate when people assume and I always double ask that it’s DIET. But for real. It affects health when someone else doesn’t listen.

I’m giving this two stars only because the food tasted decent, HOWEVER this is not what I ordered. I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything on it and a jr cheeseburger with bacon (for my dog) and they make both cheeseburgers the same way. my double cheeseburger didn’t have anything on it except for cheese and bacon. and I do not like bacon. I took the bacon off and gave it to my dog so it wasn’t a full waste. but next time if I put my order in and say I want everything on it and the other one with just bacon, don’t make both them same. disappointed.

They ruined my doctor pepper it didn't taste like it at all it tasted like smore flavor terrible I got a large and I wasted it but it felt like they was really busy and it was a couple weeks ago and they was short staff which makes sense and they really tried but please don't let it happen again and my friends are also complaining at sonic drinks too one girl today at my school got diet cherry coke she didn't want cherry coke and my other friend didn't get a cherry coke he just got coke
