We ordered our food online but requested a later time got there checked in. When we received our order we got old hamburger patties they were burned and dry. The veggies were nearly none and what they did put on were wilted and nasty. The fries were old and extra salty! This was our third time in the month and the last two times were very very unsatisfactory!!!!

We love sonic ice and this is the first store I have ever give me the ice frozen pretty much into a solid block. I don’t mind going to sonic and paying a little extra for the ice I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!!!

Some time ago, Sonic made the decision to change their burgers and they haven't been good since. To add to the problem, it seems impossible to get an order correct. Orders placed through both the app and in the stall have been wrong on multiple occasions. I even once had to correct the same order three times.

Worst Sonic in Lubbock. Will not return to this location. We went here to get dinner on 11/14/2024 and we ordered 2 kids meals, 2 corn dogs and one bacon ranch queso wrap and it took 30 minutes to get our food! The service is slow and the food was terrible for having to wait that long, overcooked chicken strips to the point we could barely bite into them they were so hard. No queso on the bacon ranch queso wrap. Could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and had our food served quicker.

We got 2 items and both were poorly made. My drink wasn’t filled up not even close to all the way. My boyfriend’s blast was just vanilla ice cream with toppings. The past few times we have gotten ice cream based items (shake/blast) they’ve been SOOOO thick. Service is great, quality of their menu items just suck
Be careful when ordering soda from here. There was mold in three of our drinks today. At first the drinks didn't taste moldy but half way through there was a very sharp mold taste.
