Some time ago, Sonic made the decision to change their burgers and they haven't been good since. To add to the problem, it seems impossible to get an order correct. Orders placed through both the app and in the stall have been wrong on multiple occasions. I even once had to correct the same order three times.

Worst Sonic in Lubbock. Will not return to this location. We went here to get dinner on 11/14/2024 and we ordered 2 kids meals, 2 corn dogs and one bacon ranch queso wrap and it took 30 minutes to get our food! The service is slow and the food was terrible for having to wait that long, overcooked chicken strips to the point we could barely bite into them they were so hard. No queso on the bacon ranch queso wrap. Could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and had our food served quicker.

We got 2 items and both were poorly made. My drink wasn’t filled up not even close to all the way. My boyfriend’s blast was just vanilla ice cream with toppings. The past few times we have gotten ice cream based items (shake/blast) they’ve been SOOOO thick. Service is great, quality of their menu items just suck
Be careful when ordering soda from here. There was mold in three of our drinks today. At first the drinks didn't taste moldy but half way through there was a very sharp mold taste.

I ordered the southwestern wrap and received half of a chicken piece. This is not consistent with other Sonic locations in other cities. You usually get a full chicken strip in the wrap and not just a small piece of chicken nugget. Disappointing for sure!! This meal is definitely not worth the $10 I spent on it!

I just ordered a cheeseburger with no mayo, no ketchup and no lettuce. I did ask for mustard and double onions. As I got 2/3 of the way into the sandwich, I saw small pieces of lettuce. This may have been mixed in with the onion or other vegetables, and for me this is no big problem. But we order it with no lettuce because my husband is allergic to it. If this had been his sandwich,, he would be going to the hospital in a matter of hours. Rein requesting an item not on a meal doesn’t necessarily mean that you don’t like it, but that you can’t eat it. I won’t be coming back to this location very soon.
Dietary restrictions: I didn’t tell them this was an allergy, but when it is requested not to put an item on a sandwich, it should be a considered there is a reason other than just not liking it.

Everytime I have gone to this sonic I have been glared at, ignored and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to answer through the drive threw. As a previous sonic employee I know it does not take that long to answer. Furthermore I should not have to scream my order at the speaker. This is the worst fan sonic in Lubbock.

Best Sonic on this planet! I have been a Sonic fan for almost 40 years and visited hundreds of locations in at least 5 states. THIS Milwaukee location is my favorite of all. My orders are always correct and the facilities are spotless. Good food, too! Thank you!

I was served by this guy name Derrick he was a legit cool as hell skating around. I hope he gets paid well. I'll definitely come back to see that guy. He recommended the buffalo bites did not disappoint. Also the footlong glizzy really held me over from a 7 hour drive.
