This review is strictly for the owner and doordashers. I had a pickup today for 1 route 44 coke and when I pushed the button a man came over the speaker and when I said it was a doordash he was the rudest person when he said it will be out when it's ready. So ok I waited 10 minutes and pushed the button again to remind them I was still waiting. The same guy acted like I was a total bother. Waited another 10 minutes and pushed the button again to remind them it was only one drink. And at this point the drive in was totally empty except for me. This time a female answered and informed me that we were never checked in. She brought the drink out immediately and apologized for her managers behavior. This customer had a food order I had picked up before I got to sonic and when I dropped both orders off the customer informed me that they called doordash and complained about the late delivery and that they withdrew my tip. Thanks a lot Mr. Manager. We're out delivering for y'all trying to make a living like y'all, so why? What did I do to piss you off by pushing that red button. It's hard out here making money for restaurants as well as myself, but you get paid for the order I deliver, and my money comes from my promptness and getting your food to the customer as fast as possible. Don't make it harder than it already is just because you're having a bad day and your miserable with your life.

The Mexican manager LINDA at the window is UNPROFESSIONAL. Im Mexican as well so that’s just the description. She kept asking my husband if he remembered her, trying to flirt with him, while I was in the backseat. I sat forward and ask her to do the job she gets paid to do, which is SERVE drinks, poor girl. Literally, poor. Poor work ethic, poor paycheck, and poor attitude. Because when I addressed her, she continued to make the ugliest face and then call me “insecure” before slamming the window . This happened on Friday 11/07 around 12:50pm and I will be contacting corporate and we will see if that attitude stays the same with YOUR BOSS. Good luck. 👍

This sonic has taken so much money from me dollar by dollar. I pay for extra bacon and dont get any, I pay for hot fudge and dont get any. Always when I order in the app

Took app prices to full price after they sufficiently stole all of our data through the app. Now 2x LRG drinks are $9 with a .40 tip. 😬 Not that good of ice. Hate to break it to you.

I ordered $46 worth of stuff from this location. The car hop was very friendly and brought out our food. He asked me if we needed anything else, and I told him I forgot to order groovy sauce. He was in the middle of trying to hand me my receipt, but ran inside to get the sauce, which I was fine with. I drove off down the street, and my daughter noticed her chicken wrap and pretzel weren't in the bag. I turned around and pushed the button. The same car hop brought out those items and apologized. I was ok with it. Everyone makes mistakes. I got home, and my husband asked where his tots were and then my other daughter asked where her mozzarella cheesesticks were. Off I go back to Sonic. I pushed the button and told what was up, and the manager came out. I told him all of this, and he asked for the receipt (which I never got). I said, "It looks like a whole bag of food must have not been sent out the first time. He said, "That's highly unlikely. " I told him, "I'm not lying, if that's what you're thinking." He then asked what I was missing as I showed him my online order on my phone. He finally came back out and gave me a token for a free medium drink. I got home, and my son asked where his fries were in his kids' meal. I wondered why my order of fries was so small, so I handed him his fries. I was missing my medium order of fries. I did not go back for them. I was missing 5 items from our order, and it made me feel like he thought I was lying. I ate my cold burger with tears in my eyes. The whole ordeal made me feel so guilty. This is the closest sonic to my house, but I may be going to another next time.

My wife and I Tried for a good 20 minutes to order 3 drinks on the mobile app with no success. So we ordered and paid at parking spot #7.
My issue is with the smart mouth Car hop that decided to talk to my wife very disrespectfully. Because he had to run our payment inside and didn’t want to give us a simple receipt.
We as a family “used to” stop 2-3 a week for drinks & food . But that came to an end tonight. We will not go back to this location EVER again……..

Great food. Fresher than most the other sonics. I asked for a drink carrier though and they didn’t bring me one so I ended dropping the blue raspberry limeade I had been fantasizing about all morning and now I’m sad
