The kiosk was malfunctioning so I waited to give my card to the carhop. The carhop took my card, serviced another vehicle, and then somehow lost it before she could run it. We couldn’t find it after 15 minutes of searching. I honestly believe she gave my debit card to the other customer.

Manager Meranda Villarreal literally locked me outside because I was being nosey & I was trying to go inside and she was being weird literally holding the door with her whole entire weight while I am wheezing because of my asthma trying to come inside while it’s over 100 degrees. Alfredo the General Manager is NEVER there he’s always “running errands” and was told about the situation and didn’t do anything about it.
Sometimes the screens are working to order from , then the cc reader not usable , come on owner sell the place , STARS MUCH BETTER .
