The fries are just plain awful. What ever they did to them makes the tater tots taste off so bad you can't drown the taste with ketchup

It was busy and they were working hard, but I sat waiting at Stall 16 while three cars came in and out next to me. Guess the button wasn't working. I did a mobile order and then I got my food. I wish there had been an out of order sign

Rude staff who will cut you off when you want to ask questions about the food. I wanted four sandwiches and she was too busy to make sure my order was correct and she only put down one. We push the button again to correct it and someone else answers, then ignores us and comes out and talks to us and I told him I tried to order a sandwich and he rudely said “yeah, we got that already” and just stared at me when I told him I was trying to order more. Then condescending asked what else we needed while he was there. Just take two seconds to make sure the order is correct and you wouldn’t have to walk out here. Rude.

They are always courteous and prompt. We never wait more than 10 mins for our food when we order at the stall. When picking up it's usually ready as we pull up give or take a minute. This is the Indiana and 49th location.

This is the second sonic I have had trouble paying at. Both locations say “they are experiencing “issues” and both locations no longer will allow you to add a tip any other way. Your tip has to be done through the broken machine or in cash! Tip your car hops- and order less from sonic menus. This is just the company trying to screw over their employees.
