So we went to Sonic spent over $50 bucks. Not including the tip. We drove home only to get there and find that our drinks were filled with carbonated water. We go back to Sonic to ask them to remake our drinks and my daughter’s burger. The employee that answered our stall was rude and rushed me off the mic. Without fully getting my complaint. Then Nickolas fixed our drinks but was rude and accused us of getting over on there company who was losing money remaking drinks. That they messed up. He insulted me by asking if I had a job. I really hate to think that question was racially motivated. What broke jobless persons spend over fifty for drinks and a burger. The service sucked and Nickolas made sure I had his name. So everyone dealing with this particular Sonic knows he’s the employee that was rude and his customer service (along with the other employees) sucked. I will be getting in contact with management to make sure my complaint is heard, Nickolas goes through some type of training for customer service and anger management. I am very upset and disheartened by the way my family and I were treated due to the companies lack of attention and courtesy.

The breakfast burritos are a joke if you don't mind paying $4 for a teaspoon of eggs sliced cheese and tiny bits of bacon absolutely ridiculous will not return

I ordered the chicken strip dinner they brought it to me in a bag which wasn’t what I ordered they took the food back and brought it back in a box I get home and the chicken strips are so dry and hard the fries are cold! It’s always something at this location!

Ordered just a sprite and they took a long time. I want my money back and disappointed that they couldn't even get a sprite out. I just left.

Went this evening to get a Diet Limeade. I am a type one diabetic so I avoid sugar. Well, trusting this drink was diet, I started drinking it. I have a CGM and insulin pump - within minutes my glucose skyrocketed. This was not a diet, which has no sugar. I called to inquire about it but whoever I spoke with didn’t seem to really understand my concern. I know for a fact, as I maintain my sugar very well, that they gave me an incorrect drink. Upon going my sugar was 78, and now it is 175, having eaten nothing. Wow.

I use to feel like I was important as a customer but the last few visits not so much. Orders wrong, servers unfriendly, smells bad soon as roll window down. To cap things off, no mint in the bag every time Alex serves someone. That use to be Sonic's thing? Again not so much. Time to go somewhere else I guess. Gonna miss what was....

First, every time I go here the workers are super rude or uncaring. Second, the food is either cold or over cooked. Last, and the part that has made me leave this review, no one cares. I went to get food for my kid, everything seemed good. I get to the porch and go to open the door and the bottom of the rips open. When I looked at it there was a clear spot where the bag had been damaged on the inside. I work in customer service, I deal with paper bags, I know that someone could tell the rip was there. I am fed up with nothing being done about the horrible service at this location and I am never getting food from here again.
