Horrible service bunch of undisciplined little kids working here that don't follow simple instructions. Had to ask for cutlery multiple times also got order wrong twice. This place needs a lot of TLC.

Took drink prices back to full price through the app since they have sufficiently stolen our data through the back end of their app. Now it’s $9 for 2 large drinks with a .40 tip. Find a new stop .

I ordered food on the app and with my orders I requested 2 ranch per order. When I went to pick up my food I did not receive any ranch so I called a car hop to bring the ranch. He proceeds to bring me 2 ranch for my entire order and tells me he would have to charge for more. After explaining to him I ordered on the app and that wasn’t the case he said “that’s just how we do it”. Then I get home to cold old tater tots. My experience was so frustrating I hate this sonic is in my neighborhood but I will definitely take a longer drive and go to another sonic next time.

Food is just as good as any other Sonic. Wish they would include all items on the menu; there are specials that only show up on the digital menu after your order is placed. Kind of annoying. There also seem to ALWAYS be a handful of stalls out of order and never any indication as such.
