I was eating there got my order wrong and as I was a customer of Spankys eating the manager decided to call a tow truck cause I was a litte over by accident a yellow line instead of notifying the customers I went to ask if they knew what happened and they didn’t care the manager from spankys spoke rude to me and in total 80 $ for food and 324$ for the uneccesary service in total 400$ for food and customer service thank you SPANKYS

First time trying this restaurant while in lubbock, best burger I've had in a long time. You can't visit spankys without getting the cheese sticks. Best I've ever had. Food came out quick, hot, and fresh. Highly recommend.

So first off- I'm not from Lubbock and I'm visiting this place based off the stellar recommendations from some friends that currently attend the university near by.With that said, the moment I walked into the establishment looking for seating I ask the cashier with no current line if she could have someone clear a dirty table as it was the only seating that would accommodate my party size. This worker with washedout colored hair immediately and rudely commented that "I order first then worry about that."Ok no problem, a little weird but I order when the rest of my party arrives shortly after.After being RUSHED through ordering and the same employee giving the rudest service possible to me asking questions about THEIR menu while there was nobody in line behind us,we spent about ~$60. All this for NONE of the no onion/no tomato requests we made were not followed. In all honesty it was like there was WAY MORE onion and tomato added to the burgers because we made the changes.All this to have a unenthusiastic manager hesitantly refund 1 and a half out of 4 sandwiches that were wrong.We will not be returning and anyone thinking of visiting be cautious. You are spending money at your own risk to be treated poorly.Oh and the food is fried/made with old oil so expect that not to go down good either.

Service was impeccable, ordered some burgers with the Prince of Dubai. Patties were seasoned with hopes and dreams. Spent $16 on a burger combo and I left in poverty. Maybe next time I’ll just order water and crumbs. Still great service, I left a nice fat tip.
Ordered bacon chili cheese burger got home no chili.. just not much flavor on anything.. onion rings.. hamburger.. fries..
