Starbucks in Lubbock

“I love this SB location and the barristers. During my morning coffee the barristers here are always kind and considerate, and they always make my morning. I went to the 8001 University St. Starbucks location on a detour and it was a rude awakening the difference in service.“

“I had an amazing customer service experience this morning. I wish I would have asked her name. She was blonde with glasses and told me a captain Hook joke. She had a fantastic attitude that brightened my day. This is the best service I’ve ever had at Starbucks and probably any location in my life. She suggested her favorite refresher which is amazing and I got an egg white and spinach omelette wrap, and it was hot and fresh and it was so good. She suggested a side of Sriracha and everything just hit the spot. Thank you“

“I order in the app in advance so my wait time is minimal. The staff there goes above and beyond, remembering me every time and my order since I usually order the same drink. Even at peak times they are super friendly and get my order out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this location!“

“Every year jingles the elf and his girlfriend, Angel, Spencer Ragland comes to Starbucks to have hot, hot, hot, hot chocolate from the polar express Train ride and now unfortunately the attraction is no longer with us. However, we have a Christmas elf to entertain us along with Angel, Spencer Ragland with her beautiful, singing voice.“

“Over all this I have to say is the best location in town, every time my wife goes she only wants one thing but she wants it one way and one way only and these guys get it right more often than not, so if I had to advise on a loc to go to it would be the one at West 34th and West loop 289! “Came in on a very busy morning, but was greated right away with many good mornings by every staff. They were so friendly not just to me but everyone that came in. I was very impressed that they even knew some of the customers by name as they walked in. For the service alone I will definitely be back.“

“It's pretty much exactly what you would expect. Everything tastes great as far as drinks go, the prices are a bit high so I do not go every day(but would if I could).The food however is hot and miss, depending on the day and who is there I suppose.“

“Ordered on the app to go. Order was ready when we got there and correct. Only ding is this store is out of some basics, like Splenda and when you order on the app there is no easy way to specify how much cream or half and half you want. It defaults to a "splash" whatever that is!“

“Been here a few times and it's always been good. This is where I first tried the unicorn frappuccino! Theres not that much of a wait, and it can be a bit crowded at times but it is at a college. It's by a study/library and close to restrooms. Free water of course! Friendly staff.“

“Breakfast run. Located down the road from our hotel on Milwaukee. Ordered smoke bacon cheddar egg sandwich with a tall hot chocolate. Good size sandwich, warm, and good taste. We were in town for one night but hit this Starbucks twice! Friendly, courteous staff when ordering and pick up at window. Great location, short wait, and convenient. “This Starbucks location is the best I've ever visited! In fact.. I am pretty sure I have become a regular HA! The cleanliness, friendly staff, and atmosphere are exceptional. There's a barista named Addy who stands out for her attention to remembering names and making you feel incredibly welcomed from the moment you step inside. Seriously, the best environment!“

“I only intended to go through the drive through. There was a bit of a wait but the staff was pleasant and my order was ready by the time I got to the window. This was the first time I've been to this Starbucks and there was no where to park. I really appreciate my order being taken and filled properly!!“

“Adam suggested that I try a decafe vanilla latte with soy. I was extremely satisfied with my drink! I haven't been able to come by Starbucks in so long because of my allergies and sensitive stomach. It was nice to have someone suggest something to try. Thank you Adam! 😌

“Suggestion: Today I ordered an unheated lemon cake, paid and went to wait for my order, after 8 minutes I realized that the staff was heating up all the orders before mine, meaning I had to wait over 30 minutes for a cold order that just needs to be taken out of the drawer and put in a bag, I think they could be much more efficient if they delivered the orders that don't need to be heated immediately instead of putting them in a line of orders where most require heating. It's not always first come, first served, sometimes the most complicated meals are delivered last and the easiest ones first.“

“Sorry, I apologize because the review i left earlier was for another location! This location was amazing! Clean, made my drink amazing and even got a free cake pop from them. I was appreciative because i had been driving for 3 days, we came from Washington state and stopped here for drinks and cake pop. Amazing location.“

“My daughter and I shopped at Costco on my recent visits to Lubbock. She came up with the brilliant idea to visit Starbucks. I was TRULY hesitant because I am VERY picky and specific with my Starbucks drink. I took a chance, and boy, was I glad I did. I frequent my Starbucks in Euless, but Haleigh made my drink perfectly. I immediately felt at home again! The entire staff is built on customer service first!! I will visit this Starbucks in town even if I don't need to go to Costco. My daughter said, "This Starbucks had the best customer service experience I've ever had in Lubbock." Thank you for a great experience!!“
