Went in for a coffee. Waited a few mins. I asked before paying if they were out of coffee, she looked over, looked at me and said no as if my question was stupid. Then accepted my money, and proceeded to tell me they were out of coffee and needed to brew more. Will not step foot in that place again.

Edit: The response from Starbucks is one of a few canned response they are pasting on every negative review.

Cashier Joselyn was at the window and seemed irritated from the start she was rushing us the whole time that we were trying to order. We didn’t understand why since we were the only ones in the drive thru, I think we might have been their only customers. We frequent Starbucks and this was one of the worst customer service experience ever as she continues being rude making us feel unwelcome. Drinks were overfilled I even burnt my arm with the hot juice.

I put in a online order just one grande drink at 8:31 and my phone said my order would be done by 8:35 I literally was like 2 mins away I got there at 8:33 to the window I get there there was 2 cars ahead of me they were out quick the lady at the window tells me “ looks like you just put your order in we usually ask about 10 to 15 mins to show up but we’ll try to get it out early” I guess I’m confused why does the app say a time then she says I have to wait 10 to 15 min to get one drink if I’m getting a time already on the app ?

Honestly, I don't understand what happened today. Yet it was a series of events that made me uncomfortable. Trust me, I understand everybody has bad days or a bad customer. But respectfully don't take your frustrations out of me as a customer. I go to this location ALL the time. I do not feel as though the male barista took my order seriously. I noticed the Female barista slam my first drink. I let that go. With the second drink was questionable (nothing close to what I ordered) and I kindly asked the male barista to fix it. Next thing I noticed the female barista is mean mugging me. Something was said or she was in her feelings I didn't know. Even with him semi correcting the drink. I still decided to go to another Starbucks to get my drink remade cause I felt uncomfortable.

Probably they are the only Starbucks that makes decent caramel macchiato. Everyone is very kind and nice.

The manager of the store seemed unfriendly. Maybe he had a long day, but he looked as though he surely didn't enjoy working at Starbucks. As a leadership member, you always want to lead by example. It is very possible for him to ruin the morale of the company. I always like to put the date and around what time I went to the business that I write a review on. The photo of my receipt will be loaded.

I go by this Starbucks about once a month and have always had good service but never at the level of the sweet lady taking orders and working the drive through window today (7/2/2024). She had the most upbeat, positive energy and was very very kind. I believe her name tag said Melissa! She deserves a raise!

Asked for a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam. They gave me a coffee with half the cup filled with cold foam. I asked them to remake it and put the cold foam on the side because I had no coffee and all cold foam. They mixed it up and poured the coffee I gave back into a new cup and gave it back to me. And no cold foam on the side. Very tacky and unprofessional. I shouldn’t have tipped when I paid. I’ll never do that again at a Starbucks. I won’t come back to this location.
