Sorry, I apologize because the review i left earlier was for another location! This location was amazing! Clean, made my drink amazing and even got a free cake pop from them. I was appreciative because i had been driving for 3 days, we came from Washington state and stopped here for drinks and cake pop. Amazing location.

Been going here for a year, baristas are Hella cool but the new manger there suck and just sits on his ass in the lobby while they struggle enough thankfully im not the only costumer who sees it, I feel for the workers there as I work for 7 brew and no manager should do any of that. Unprofessional work ethic

Why is the manager yelling at the Baristas and made one of them cry thats so unprofessional and as I saw them struggle and be busy the was just sitting in the lobby, I love coming there and talking with the baristas, they are cool people and as someone who works in the food industry they shouldn't tolerate such punching down from the new manager ive came for coffee here for 2 years now cause I live in the area, and now I cant have a conversation with any of them and im not the only customer who agrees the new management there sucks, pick better management!

Don’t go in the mornings when they open. I’m done spending money on basic drinks that always get messed up. Not even the right color or anything for just a vanilla latte. Then this morning they ask how many pumps of syrup I want? Lmao what? they’ve never asked that and just do the usual amount?

I would not recommend this Starbucks location. Despite the store being nearly empty, in-store orders are deprioritized in favor of drive-through orders—I waited over 10 minutes for an Americano. The staff appeared overwhelmed and uncoordinated. Additionally, an employee did not properly cover their mouth while sneezing during our order, which was concerning.

Went in for a coffee. Waited a few mins. I asked before paying if they were out of coffee, she looked over, looked at me and said no as if my question was stupid. Then accepted my money, and proceeded to tell me they were out of coffee and needed to brew more. Will not step foot in that place again.

Edit: The response from Starbucks is one of a few canned response they are pasting on every negative review.

Cashier Joselyn was at the window and seemed irritated from the start she was rushing us the whole time that we were trying to order. We didn’t understand why since we were the only ones in the drive thru, I think we might have been their only customers. We frequent Starbucks and this was one of the worst customer service experience ever as she continues being rude making us feel unwelcome. Drinks were overfilled I even burnt my arm with the hot juice.
