The staff is always friendly. Idk why this one is so different but unless you love the flavor of chalk don't get a mocha or cookie crumble frap. I've gone here like 3 times and today will be my last. Sucks to spend so much on a drink only to throw it away.

Not a long wait at drive thru. My wife had dragonfruit drink and they were out of fruit but made suggestion to make same flavor and it was just white vs pink. Great service.

Breakfast run. Located down the road from our hotel on Milwaukee. Ordered smoke bacon cheddar egg sandwich with a tall hot chocolate. Good size sandwich, warm, and good taste. We were in town for one night but hit this Starbucks twice! Friendly, courteous staff when ordering and pick up at window. Great location, short wait, and convenient. Thanks Milwaukee location till next time!

So I went to go get a drink this am before work and the ladies in the Starbucks were not very friendly. I ordered a trenta refresher. The first time they had the cup filled 3/4 of the way up with ice, so I asked them to remake it with less ice. What is the point of getting the biggest size if only 6 ounces is the actual drink. So they give me a dink not filled to the top and still a inch away from top. Why do I spend $6 on a drink if I can’t get my cup filled to the top?
